The user’s sole and exclusive remedies for any app
downloaded from the iTunes Store, Google Play or
other application stores (each, an "Application Store")
(including the STARLINK app), or otherwise installed
on customer’s Smart Phone, shall be as provided in
the Application Store Terms and Conditions or other
similar document and FHI assumes no responsibility
for those apps or their operation. Any services
provided by the Product System shall be covered by a
separate Services Agreement.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER
APPLICABLE LAW, THE PRODUCT SYSTEM
IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE,"
WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER
EXPRESS OR IMPLIED OR STATUTORY,
INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF
MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
