to rotate the tires to the opposite side of
the fog light that requires replacement.
Then turn off the engine.

a flat blade screwdriver as shown in the
illustration.

4) Open the end of the cover inside the
fender.

5) Disconnect the coupler by pushing the
lock release. Turn the bulb holder coun-
terclockwise and remove it.

1) Remove the bolts (1) and pull the light
housing (2) straight.

2) To remove the bulb holder of the rear
turn signal light (3) or the tail/brake light
(4) from the light housing, turn the
holder counterclockwise and pull it out.

(6) Install3) To remove the bulb of the rear turn sig-
nal light (3) or the tail/brake light (4) from
bulb holder, push in the bulb and turn it
counterclockwise. To install a new bulb,
push it in and turn it clockwise.

When reinstalling the light housing, make
sure the clips are properly attached.

1) Open the tailgate. Remove the clips (1)
by prying it off with a flat blade screw-
driver as shown in the illustration. Then,
pull out the trim (2).

2) Disconnect the coupler (3) by pushing
the lock release. Turn the bulb holder ofthe reversing light (4) counterclockwise
and remove it.

(6) Install3) To remove and install the bulb of the
reversing light (4), simply pull out or
push in the bulb.

1) Hold the wiper arm away from the win-
dow.
NOTE:
When raising both of the front wiper arms,
pull the driver’s side wiper arm up first.
When returning the wiper arms, lower the
passenger’s side wiper arm first.
Otherwise, the wiper arms may interfere
with each other.

and remove the wiper frame from the
arm as shown.
3) Unlock the lock end of the wiper blade

4) If the new blade is provided without the
two metal retainers, move them from
the old blade to the new one.

make sure the direction of metal retainers

5) Install the new blade in the reverse order
of removal, with the locked end posi-
tioned toward the wiper arm.
Make sure the blade is properly retained
by all the hooks. Lock the blade end into
place.6) Reinstall wiper frame to arm, making
sure that the lock lever is snapped

1) Place the vehicle on level, hard ground.
2) Set the parking brake firmly and shift
into “R” (Reverse).
3) Turn on the hazard warning flasher if
your vehicle is near traffic.
4) Block the front and rear of the wheel
diagonally opposite of the wheel being
lifted.5) Place the spare wheel near the wheel
being lifted as shown in the illustration
in case that the jack slips.

6) Position the jack at an angle as shown
in the illustration and raise the jack by
turning the jack handle clockwise until
the jack-head groove fits around the
jacking bar beneath the vehicle body.
7) Continue to raise the jack slowly and
smoothly until the tire clears the
ground. Do not raise the vehicle more
than necessary.

4) If the booster battery you are using is fit-
ted to another vehicle, start the engine of
the vehicle with the booster battery. Run
the engine at moderate speed.5) Start the engine of the vehicle with the
flat battery.
6) Remove the jump leads in the exact
reverse order in which you connected
them.

VD[OHManual transaxle vehicles may be towed
using either of the following methods.
1) From the front, with the front wheels
lifted and the rear wheels on the ground.
Before towing, make sure that the park-
ing brake is released.
2) From the rear, with the rear wheels lifted
and the front wheels on the ground, pro-
vided the steering and drivetrain are in
operational condition. Before towing,
make sure that transaxle is in neutral,
the steering wheel is unlocked (vehicle
without keyless push start system - the
ignition key should be in the “ACC” posi-
tion) (vehicle with keyless push start sys-
tem - the ignition mode is ACC), and the
steering wheel is secured with a clamp-
ing device designed for towing service.

• Remove the warning triangle carefully
from the cover as shown by arrow 1.
• Open both the reflector arms as shown
by arrow and lock the arms with each
other with the clip provided in the right
arm. Open the bottom stand in counter
clock-wise direction as shown by arrow
3. Position the warning triangle behind
the vehicle on a plain surface.
• Reverse the removal procedure for keep-
ing inside the cover.
