Article XIV: The use of low-power radio-
frequency devices shall not influence aircraft
security and interfere with legal
communications; interference phenomenon discovered over time, should be immediately
suspended, and improved to no interference
before use can continue. Legal
communications, referring to the provisions of
the Telecommunications Act of radio
communications operations. Low-power radio
communications shall tolerate radio wave
interference from radiated devices, legal or
industrial, 
scientific and medical.
