Interrupt call
When
the call is interrupted by the third
party while talking, this screen is dis-
played.
Touch
or push on the steering
wheel to start talking with the other party.
Touch
or push on the steering
wheel to refuse the call.
Everytime you touch or push on
the steering wheel during interrupted call,
the other party will be switched.
If your cellular phone is not approved for
HFP Ver. 1.5, this function can not be used.
INFORMATION
Interrupt call operation may differ
depending on your phone company
and cellular phone.

3“SEEK/TRACK” button
Push either side of this button to seek
up or down for a station, or to access
a desired track, file or chapter. For

Push this knob to display the audio
control screen, and turn this knob to
move the station band and files up or

Push this button to display the
“Load·Eject” screen or close the dis-

6“PWR/VOL” knob
Push this knob to turn the audio sys-

Push this button to choose an SAT

features of your audio system. Some in-

Vehicles with smart key system—
Your audio system works when the “EN-
GINE START STOP” switch is turned to
ACCESSORY or IGNITION ON mode.
Vehicles without smart key system—
Your audio system works when the engine
switch is turned to the “ACC” or “ON” posi-
tion.

Laser products Do not take this unit apart or at-
tempt to make any changes
yourself. This is an intricate unit
that uses a laser pickup to re-
trieve information from the sur-
face of compact discs. The la-
ser is carefully shielded so that
its rays remain inside the cabi-
net. Therefore, never try to dis-
assemble the player or alter any
of its parts since you may be ex-
posed to laser rays and danger-
ous voltages.
This product utilizes a laser.
Use of controls or adjustments
or performance of procedures
other than those specified here-
in may result in hazardous radi-
ation exposure.
NOTICE
To prevent the battery from being dis-
charged, do not leave the audio sys-
tem on longer than necessary when
the engine is not running.
(a) Speech command system
By pushing the switch above, you can
operate the speech command system.
For the operation of the speech command

pages 44 and 47.

(b) Turning the system on and off
“TUNE/FILE”/“AUDIO”: Push this knob
to display touch− screen buttons for audio/
video system (audio control mode).
“PWR/VOL”: Push this knob to turn the
audio/video system on and off. Turn this
knob to adjust the volume. The system
turns on in the last mode used.
You can select the function that enables
automatic return to the previous screen
from the audio screen. See page 256 for
details. (c) Switching between functions
Push the “DISC·AUX”, “FM 1·2”, “AM”
or “SAT” button to turn on the desired
mode.

“CD”, “DVD*”, “BT”, “AUX” or “USB”
tab to turn on the desired mode.

Push these buttons or tabs if you want to
switch from one mode to another.
If the disc is not set, the CD changer/DVD
player* does not turn on.
You can turn off the CD changer/DVD play-
er* by ejecting all the discs. If the audio
system was previously off, then the entire
audio system will be turned off when you
eject all the discs. If the other function was
previously playing, it will come on again.
