WARNING
●Do not leave glasses, lighters or spray cans in the storage spa ces, as this
may cause the following when cabin temperature becomes high:
• Glasses may be deformed by heat or cracked if they come into c ontact
with other stored items.
• Lighters or spray cans may explode. If they come into contact with other
stored items, the lighter may catch fire or the spray can may r elease
gas, causing a fire hazard.
● When driving or when the storage compartments are not in use, k eep the
lids closed.
In the event of sudden braking or sudden swerving, an accident may occur
due to an occupant being struck by an open lid or the items sto red inside.

Pull down the armrest.
WARNING
Do not place anything other than cups or aluminum cans in the cup holders.
Other items may be thrown out of the holders in the event of an accident or
sudden braking, causing injury. If possible, cover hot drinks t o prevent
burns.

●When storing a bottle, close the cap.
● The bottle may not be stored depending on its size or shape.

Put the cap on before stowing a bottle. Do not place open bottl es or glass
and paper cups containing liquid in the bottle holders.
The contents may spill and glasses may break.

Deck Board

WARNING
●If the deck board is opened, close it before driving. In the ev ent of sudden
braking, an accident may occur due to an occupant being struck by the
deck board or the items stored in the auxiliary box.
● Do not place an object which is easy to roll or taller than the storable por-
tion on the deck under box.
NOTICE
To prevent damage to the deck board, do not apply too much load on the
deck board.

Raise the hook to use.
The cargo hooks are provided for
securing loose items.
Vehicles with spare tire
Open the deck board, then
raise the hook to use.
Return the deck board to its
original position and close it.

When using the hooks, press the
bottom side to lift it up.
There also is a hook on the other
side.
WARNING
To avoid injury, always return the cargo hooks to their stowed positions
when not in use.
Grocery bag hooks
NOTICE
In order to prevent damage to the grocery bag hooks, do not pla ce large
objects or objects that weight more than 8.8 lb. (4 kg) onto th e hooks.

The warning reflecto r can be stowed on the center auxiliary box.
(The warning reflector itself is not included as an original eq uipment)
Depending on the size and shape of the warning reflector case, etc., you may
not be able to store it.

WARNING
When storing the warning reflector, etc., make sure that it is properly stored.
If the warning reflector is not properly stored, it may fly out during emer-
gency braking and lead to an accident.
