The
rearlidcanbelockedorunlockedeither
byusingtheremotecontrolorbyinserting
andturningthekeyinthedriver'sdoorlock.
Unlocking
thevehicle withtheremotecontrol

theweightoftheroof racksystemandthe
weightoftheobjectbeingtransported.
Whenusing aroof racksystemwhich hasa
lower loadcarrying capacity, you
mustnotuse

thetotalmaximumpermissibleload carry­
ing capacity specified above.
Instead,you
shouldloadtheroofracksystemonlytothe
maximumcapacityspecifiedbythemanufac­
tureroftheroofracksystem.

Weak,damagedorimproperstrapsused
