fuel
injectors
are
switched
on
and
off
(opened
and
closed)
by
the
ECM
.
The
injectors
are
connected
to
a
com-
mon
fuel
supply,
callad
the
fuel
rail
.

The
fuel
injectors
are
removed
by
first
removing
the
com-
plete
fuel
rail
assembly
and
then
unclipping
the
injectors
from
the
fuel
rail
.
