REMOTE KEYLESS ENTRY
TRANSMITTER (KEY FOB)
KEYLESS ACCESS SYSTEM
Lock
Press to lock all doors.
Press and hold for 1 second to fold the power mirrors♦. To enable operation, go to Settings > Vehicle > Comfort and Convenience.
Unlock
Press to unlock the driver’s door. Press again to unlock all doors.
Press and hold for 1 second to unfold the power mirrors♦.
Press and hold to open all windows.
Remote Start
Press and release the Lock button and then immediately press and hold the button to start the engine.
Vehicle Locator/Panic Alarm
Press and release to locate your vehicle. The exterior lamps flash and the horn chirps 3 times.
Press and hold for 3 seconds to activate the alarm. Press again to cancel the alarm.
Power Liftgate♦
Press twice to open or close the power liftgate. Press once to stop power operation.
Door/Glove Box Key
Press the button (A) on the side of the transmitter to pull out the door/glove box key. Refer to your Owner's Manual for instructions to remove the key cylinder cap on the driver’s door handle.
Note: To change or enable some Remote Lock and Unlock settings, go to Settings > Vehicle > Remote Lock, Unlock, Start.

The Keyless Access System enables operation of the doors and lift-gate without removing the Remote Keyless Entry transmitter (key fob) from your pocket or purse. The transmitter must be within 3 feet of the door being unlocked or within 3 feet of the liftgate.
KEYLESS UNLOCKING
With the transmitter within range:
Press the button on the driver’s door handle to unlock the driver’s door; press it again within 5 seconds to unlock all doors.
Press the button on a passenger door handle to unlock all doors.
Press the touch pad above the license plate to open the liftgate.
KEYLESS LOCKING
With the ignition off, the transmitter removed from the vehicle, and all doors closed:
Press the button on any door handle to lock all doors immediately.
If Passive Locking is turned on in the Settings menu, all doors will lock automatically after a short delay.
Note: To change the Keyless Unlocking and Locking settings, go to Settings > Vehicle > Remote Lock, Unlock, Start.

KEYLESS STARTAUTO ENGINE STOP/START
The Remote Keyless Entry (RKE) transmitter (key fob) must be in the vehicle to turn on the ignition.
START With the vehicle in Park or Neutral, press the brake pedal and then press the ENGINE START/STOP button to start the engine. The green indicator on the but-ton will illuminate.
Note: If the RKE transmitter battery is weak, place the transmitter in the forward
cupholder in the center console to enable the engine to start. Replace the transmitter battery as soon as possible.
STOP/OFF Shift to Park and press the ENGINE START/STOP button to turn off the engine.
Power will be available for 10 minutes to operate the audio system until the driver’s door is opened and to operate the windows and sunroof♦ until any door is opened.
ACCESSORY With the engine off and the brake pedal NOT depressed, press the ENGINE START/STOP button to place the ignition system in the Accessory mode. The amber indicator on the button will illuminate.

A fuel-saving stop/start system has been integrated with the 2.0L Turbo engine. While driving, when the brake pedal is applied and the vehicle is at a complete stop, the automatic engine stop/start system may turn off the engine, depending on operating condi-tions. When the engine is off, the tachometer will read AUTO STOP. Upon releasing the brake pedal or applying the accelerator pedal, the engine will restart. After parking the vehicle and turning off the engine, the tachometer will read OFF.
The engine may remain running when the vehicle is stopped if:
• A minimum vehicle speed was not reached prior to stopping.
• The engine or trans-mission is not at the required operating temperature.
• The outside temperature is not in the required operating range.
• The shift lever is in any gear other than Drive (D).
• The battery charge is low.
• The climate control system requires the engine to run based on the current settings.
AUTO ENGINE STOP/START DISABLE Press the $ Auto Stop button on the center console when the engine is running to turn off the stop/start system. The button indicator is not illuminated when the system is off.
The system automatically turns on each time the vehicle is started.

BLUETOOTH® SYSTEMBLUETOOTH® SYSTEM
WIRELESS CHARGING♦
The wireless charging system for smartphones is located under the center console armrest. To check smartphone compatibility, visit my.cadillac.com/how-to-support. See your phone retailer for required phone accessories or charging adapters.
1. The vehicle must be On or Retained Accessory Power must be active.
2. Remove all objects from the charging pad.
3. Place the smartphone face up on the symbol on the pad.
4. Thecharging symbol will display on the info-tainment screen. If not charging, remove the smartphone for 3 seconds, and rotate it 180 degrees.

SECONDARY PHONE
A secondary phone can be paired to the Bluetooth system. The system connects to the phone that is set to First to Connect. The secondary phone can only receive calls.
To set the first and secondary phones, select the Phone icon > Phones > Information by the phone name.

Read your Owner's Manual for important information about using the Bluetooth system while driving.
Before using a Bluetooth-enabled device in the vehicle, it must be paired with the in-vehicle Bluetooth system. Not all devices will support all functions. The vehicle must be stopped to pair a device. For more information, visit my.cadillac.com/how-to-support.
PAIR A PHONE
1. To use voice recognition, press the Press to Talk button; after the tone, say "Pair Phone." To use the infotainment screen, select the Phone icon > Connect Phone > Add Phone.
2. Start the pairing process on the phone. From your phone's Bluetooth settings, select the name shown on the infotainment screen.
3. Follow the pairing instructions.
4. When pairing is complete, the phone screen is displayed.
NFC PAIRING
1. To use Near Field Communication (NFC) smartphone pairing, hold your NFC-compatible smartphone up to the NFC icon near the Home button on the instru-ment panel. Check your smartphone owner's information for NFC compatibility.
2. After pairing is initiated, confirm that the codes that appear on the infotainment screen and the phone match each other.
3. When pairing is complete, a chime will sound.
