Change engine oil and engine oil filter
(or every  months, whichever occurs first).

Inspect engine air cleaner filter, replace if necessary.l
Replace spark plugs.l
Inspect PCV valve, replace as necessary.**l
Change front and rear axle fluid (4x4).l
Drain and refill transfer case fluid (4x4). l
Drain and refill automatic transmission fluid and change main sump filter and spin-on cooler return filter if equipped.*l
Inspect auto tension drive belt and replace if required.l
Flush and replace engine coolant if not replaced at 200,000 km.l
Rotate tires and check tire pressure.l Check spare tire for proper pressure and correct stowage.

Inspect the exhaust system. l
Inspect the brake hoses.l
Inspect the CV joints (if equipped) and front suspension components.l Check the automatic transmission fluid level.l
Check the coolant level, hoses and clamps.
