- T h e t o o l s a r e s t o w e d i n a s t o r a g e c o m p a r t m e n t l o c a t e d u n d e r t h e
front seat. If necessary, move the
seat forward to access the storage
c o m p a r t m e n t f r o m t h e r e a r .
- U n s c r e w t h e n u t t h e n t a k e o u t t h e j a c k a n d t h e w h e e l b r a c e .

3. SPARE WHEEL - Unscrew the bolt using the wheelbrace until the carrier is
lowered fully.
- O p e n t h e r e a r d o o r s t o g a i n a c c e s s
t o t h e s p a r e w h e e l . - D e t a c h t h e c a r r i e r f r o m t h e h o o k
a n d p l a c e t h e s p a r e w h e e l n e a r t h e
wheel to be changed.

4. OPERATING PROCEDURE - P l a c e t h e j a c k i n c o n t a c t w i t h t h e l o c a t i n g p o i n t p r o v i d e d , t h e o n e
which is closest to the wheel to
b e c h a n g e d . E n s u r e t h a t t h e j a c k
is straight and that the base of
t h e j a c k i s f u l l y i n c o n t a c t w i t h t h e
ground.
- E x t e n d t h e j a c k t o l i f t t h e w h e e l clear of the ground.
- R e s u m e a n d c o m p l e t e t h e unscrewing of the wheel bolts.
- R e m o v e t h e b o l t s a n d r e m o v e the wheel.
- R e m o v e t h e t r i m p u l l i n g i t u s i n g t h e
embellisher remover.
- Loosen the wheel bolts and start unscrewing them. D o n o t e x t e n d t h e j a c k u n t i l y o u h a v e
started unscrewing the bolts on the
w h e e l t o b e c h a n g e d a n d h a v e p l a c e d
t h e c h o c k u n d e r t h e w h e e l d i a g o n a l l y
o p p o s i t e .

- L o w e r t h e v e h i c l e c o m p l e t e l y b y f o l d i n g t h e j a c k , t h e n r e m o v e t h e
j a c k .
- T i g h t e n t h e b o l t s a g a i n u s i n g t h e wheelbrace, tighten them fully
without forcing them.
- P l a c e t h e w h e e l t o b e r e p a i r e d i n the carrier. - S e c u r e t h e c a r r i e r o n t h e h o o k t h e n
raise the carrier using the bolt and
the wheelbrace.
Never go underneath a vehicle that
i s s u p p o r t e d o n l y b y a j a c k ( u s e a
r a m p ) . N e v e r u s e a s c r e w d r i v e r i n
p l a c e o f t h e w h e e l b r a c e .
5. FITTING THE SPARE WHEEL
- Position the wheel on the hub and
start tightening the bolts by hand.
- C a r r y o u t a n i n i t i a l t i g h t e n i n g o f t h e bolts using the wheelbrace.

According to country, the removable
snow screen is installed on the lower
p a r t o f t h e f r o n t b u m p e r t o p r e v e n t t h e
accumulation of snow at the radiator
cooling fan. FITTING
REMOVAL
- Pass a screwdriver into the hole
l o c a t e d n e a r e a c h o f t h e c l i p s .
- Use the screwdriver as a lever to u n c l i p t h e f o u r c l i p s B in turn.
- O f f e r u p t h e s n o w s c r e e n f a c i n g i t s
c e n t r i n g p i n A o n t h e f r o n t b u m p e r .
- P u t i t i n p l a c e b y p r e s s i n g a t e a c h c l i p B located in the four corners.
Do not forget to remove the
s n o w s c r e e n w h e n t h e e x t e r i o r
t e m p e r a t u r e i s h i g h e r t h a n 1 0 ° C
(no r i s k o f s n o w f a l l ) a n d w h e n
towing.
6. REFITTING THE REPAIRED
WHEEL

C a r r y o u t t h e o p e r a t i o n s i n r e v e r s e
o r d e r t o r e fi t e a c h b u l b a n d c h e c k t h a t
the bonnet is closed securely.
Type C
Halogen bulb: release the
r e t a i n i n g s p r i n g f r o m i t s
housing.
Type B
B a y o n e t b u l b : p r e s s
on the bulb then turn it
a n t i c l o c k w i s e .
Halogen bulbs must be changed
w i t h t h e h e a d l a m p o f f . W a i t a f e w
m i n u t e s ( r i s k o f s e r i o u s b u r n s ) .
Do not touch the bulb directly with your
fi n g e r s , u s e l i n t - f r e e c l o t h s .
It is normal for condensation to form
i n s i d e t h e h e a d l a m p s . R e g u l a r u s e o f
the vehicle eliminates this misting. T h e b u l b s m u s t b e c h a n g e d w i t h
the ignition off or with the battery
d i s c o n n e c t e d . W a i t a p p r o x i m a t e l y
3 m i n u t e s a f t e r c h a n g i n g t h e b u l b
before reconnecting the battery.
C h e c k t h a t t h e l a m p s o p e r a t e c o r r e c t l y
a f t e r e a c h o p e r a t i o n .
W h e n u s i n g t h i s t y p e o f w a s h i n g
o n s t u b b o r n d i r t , d o n o t p e r s i s t
o n t h e h e a d l a m p s , t h e l a m p s a n d
their edges to avoid damaging their
coating and seals.

correct sealing.

- E n s u r e t h a t t h e c o v e r i s r e fi t t e d correctly all round to assure
correct sealing.

- Disconnect the electrical connector.
- R e l e a s e t h e r e t a i n i n g t a b .
- C h a n g e t h e b u l b t a k i n g c a r e t o a l i g n t h e m e t a l p a r t w i t h t h e
g r o o v e s o n t h e l a m p .
- R e p o s i t i o n t h e r e t a i n i n g t a b .
- E n s u r e t h a t t h e c o v e r i s r e fi t t e d correctly all round to assure
correct sealing.

o u t t h e o p e r a t i o n s i n r e v e r s e o r d e r t o p u t
t h e l a m p u n i t a n d t h e b u m p e r b a c k i n
p o s i t i o n .

After changing the rear direction
indicator bulb, the reinitialisation time is
above 2 minutes.

the bulb holder.
- R e m o v e t h e f a u l t y b u l b b y p r e s s i n g i t l i g h t l y w h i l e t u r n i n g i t
a n t i c l o c k w i s e .
- C h a n g e t h e b u l b .
