Your vehicle has been approved in

regulation.
T h e r e a r s e a t s a r e fi t t e d w i t h r e g u l a t i o n
ISOFIX mountings.
These are three rings for each seat:
- two lower rings A , l o c a t e d
between the vehicle’s seat back
a n d c u s h i o n ,
- an upper ring B , r e f e r r e d t o a s t h e
T O P T E T H E R , l o c a t e d a t t h e r e a r
of the seat back at the bottom. The
ISOFIX child seats a r e fi t t e d
with two locks and/or a strap which
a r e s e c u r e d e a s i l y o n t h e s e r i n g s ,
indicated by labels or a mark on the
rear seat back panel.

BELT

GENERAL POINTS RELATING TO CHILD SEATS

When a "forwards-facing" child seat
is installed on the front passenger
seat , adjust the vehicle’s seat to the
intermediate longitudinal position
with the seat back upright and leave
the passenger air bag armed.

child seat is installed on the
front passenger seat , it is
essential that the passenger
air bag is disarmed. Otherwise, the
c h i l d w o u l d r i s k b e i n g s e r i o u s l y
i n j u r e d o r k i l l e d i f t h e a i r b a g w e r e
t o i n fl a t e .
CITROËN recommends that chil-
dren should travel in the rear seats
of your vehicle:
- " r e a r w a r d s - f a c i n g " up to the
age of 2,
- " f o r w a r d s - f a c i n g " over the age
of 2.

panel. To attach this strap, raise the
vehicle seat’s head restraint
then pass the hook between
i t s r o d s . T h e n fi x t h e h o o k o n
the upper ring B and tighten the up-
per strap.
The incorrect installation of a
child seat in a vehicle compro-
mises the child’s protection in
the event of an accident.

child seat’s ISOFIX size category,
determined by a letter A , B , B1 , C ,
D , E , F , G , is indicated on the child
seat next to the ISOFIX logo.
