W A R N I N G L A M P S
These warning lamps may be accompanied by a message and/or a sound signal
Engine oil pressure
It comes on for a few sec-onds each time you switch on the ignition.
If this warning lamp comes on, engine running, it tells you that the oil pressure is low.
It is essential to stop the vehicle.
Contact a CITROËN dealer.
Coolant temperature warning lamp
It comes on for a few sec-onds each time you switch on the ignition.
If this warning lamp comes on, engine running, it tells you that the coolant temperature is rising abnormally.
It is essential to stop the vehicle.
Check the coolant level.
See "Levels".
If the level is satisfactory, consult a CITROËN dealer.If the level is satisfactorythe level
Battery charge
This warning lamp should go out when the engine is running.

Warning lamp for parking brake, b r a k e fl u i d l e v e l a n d braking distribution malfunction
With the engine running, the light-ing of this warning lamp indicates that the parking brake is on or not properly released, that the brake fl u i d l e v e l i s l o w o r t h a t t h e b r a k i n g system is malfunctioning.
If the warning lamp remains on even after you have released the parking brake, stop immediately and contact a CITROËN dealer.parking brake, stop immediately stop immediately
Driver's seat belt not fastened
This lamp comes on if the LH seat belt is not fastened when the ignition is switched on and while the vehicle is moving at u p t o a p p r o x . 2 0 k m / h ( 1 2 m p h ) . Above this speed, the warning l a m p fl a s h e s , a c c o m p a n i e d b y a s o u n d s i g n a l f o r a r o u n d 1 2 0 s e c -onds. Then it remains on.
SERVICE
This warning lamp remains on for a seri-ous fault. Consult a CITROËN dealer as soon as pos-sible.
This warning lamp remains on only for a short time for faults that are minor. Contact a CITROËN dealer if necessary.
T o fi n d o u t t h e n a t u r e o f t h e c o r r e -sponding warning, consult the Log of Alerts (See section "Displays Aand C" in "Multifunction display").
Fuel low
It comes on for a few sec-onds each time you switch on the ignition.
If the fuel low warning lamp comes on, there remain approx. 4 to 6 litres of fuel in the tank.
Depollution system
It remains on until you start the engine.
I f t h i s w a r n i n g l a m p fl a s h e s or lights up while you are driving, this indicates a problem with the depollution system.
Consult a CITROËN dealer as soon as possible.

It informs you when the next routine service is due in accordance with the vehicle servicing schedule in the Maintenance Guide. This information is dependent on two p arameters: the mileage covered, and the time elapsed since the last visit.
Operation
When the ignition is switched on, the maintenance indicator spanner is displayed for a few seconds. The mileage recorder display indicates how many miles remain to be trav-elled before the next service is due (in thousands and hundreds of miles).
Example: there remain up to the next service:
A few seconds after this, the engine oil level indicator is displayed, then the total mileage recorder resumes its normal role.
Operation if the distance to the next service is less than 1 000 km (600 miles)
Each time you switch on the igni-tion and for 5 seconds, the span- n e r a n d t h e d i s t a n c e fl a s h .
Example: there remain up to the n e x t s e r v i c e : 5 0 0 k m ( 3 0 0 m i l e s ) . On switching on the ignition and for 5 seconds, the instrument panel indicates:
A few seconds after this, the engine oil level indicator is displayed, then the total mileage recorder resumes its normal role and the spanner remains lit up. This is a warning to you that a service must be carried out at the earliest opportunity.
Operation if the service interval has been passed
Each time you switch on the igni-tion, the spanner and the distance covered (preceded by a minus) beyond the recommended interval fl a s h .
Example: You have exceeded t h e s e r v i c e i n t e r v a l b y 3 0 0 k m ( 3 0 0 m i l e s ) .
The routine service on your vehi-cle needs to be carried as soon as possible.
A few seconds after this, the engine oil level indicator is displayed, then the total mileage recorder resumes its normal role and the spanner remains lit up.

If you have a twin card it is necessary, o n fi r s t i n s t a l l a t i o n o r w h e n u p d a t i n g y o u r director y, to inser t the SIM c ard from your mobile telephone, then to transfer the information on it into the NaviDrive director y. See the Main Menu for the Directory.
ENTER THE PIN CODENaviDrive c an def initively memorise the PIN code of a SIM card. This memorisation having been accepted, your PIN code will be r e q u i r e d o n l y o n c e , a t t h e fi r s t e n t r y .Enter your PIN code using the buttons on the keypad W, then validate by pressing the control G or alternatively button # on the keypad W.
Remark :After three errors in trying to enter the code, your telephone will be blocked. You will then have to enter your deblocking code (PUK code).The PUK code is supplied with your SIM card by your service provider. The PUK code tolerates 10 successive errors. After this the SIM card will be un-usable.

You also need to be in an area that has GSM coverage.
T WIN SIM CARDFor better peace of mind, offers of twin SIM c ards (available in some c ountr ies from certain service operators) give you two SIM cards for a standard price, a single number and single messaging. Calls arrive as prior-ity on your principal line. In the absence of a reply, calls are transferred automatically to the equipment that is using the second SIM card.

BLUETOOTH FUNCTIONS
For reasons of safety and because they require prolonged attention on the part of the driver, the operations for pairing of the Bluetooth mobile telephone with the Bluetooth system of your audio equipment should only carried out with the vehicle stationary. The ignition must be on.
Activate the telephone's Bluetooth function.
A window is displayed with "Searching...".
Press the MENU button.
In the menu, select: - Bluetooth telephone function - Audio - B l u e t o o t h c o n fi g u r a t i o n - Perform a Bluetooth search
The services offered depend on the network, the SIM card and the compatibility of the Bluetooth equipment used. "Pairing of Name_telephone successful" appears on the screen.
The automatic connection authorised is only active after the t e l e p h o n e h a s b e e n c o n fi g u r e d . The directory and the call list can be accessed after the synchronisation period.

PAIRING A TELEPHONE
The pairing can also be initiated from the telepho ne.
A virtual keypad is displayed on the screen: enter a code with at least 4 digits. C o n fi r m b y p r e s s i n g O K .
Select the telephone to be connected from the list . Only one telephone can be connected at a time.
A message is displayed on the screen of the telephone chosen: to accept the pairing, enter t h e s a m e c o d e o n t h e t e l e p h o n e , t h e n c o n fi r m b y p r e s s i n g O K . If pairing fails, the number of attempts is not limited.
