To activate the front screen wash, pull the screen wipe control towards you.

To deactivate automatic wipe, put the control to position I, then return it to position 0.

ESP/ASR
It comes on for a few sec-onds each time you switch on the ignition.
If either of the ESP or ASR sys-tems is active, the warning lamp fl a s h e s .
For a malfunction
When the vehicle is moving, the lighting of this warning lamp indi-cates a system malfunction.
Contact a CITROËN dealer.
Function deactivated
The warning lamp remains con-tinuously on.

ABS system
The ABS warning lamp lights up when you switch on the ignition: it should go out after a few seconds.
If it does not go out, there could be a system malfunction.

Foot on brake (Elec-tronic Gearbox System)
T h e fl a s h i n g o f t h i s w a r n -ing lamp in the instrument panel indicates the need to apply the brake pedal in order to start the engine or engage reverse gear.

Rear foglamps on
Front foglamps and rear foglamps on
The warning lamp lights up.
The foglamps operate only with either headlamp dipped beam or headlamp main beam switched on.
Switching off
First action rearwards, rear foglamps off.
Second action rearwards, front and rear foglamps off.Note: the foglamps should be used only in fog or in other conditions of poor visibility.
Front and rear foglamps (ring C)
Switch on your dipped/main beams.
In foggy conditions, if the ambient light is not such that th e headlamps come on automatically, it is up to the driver to switch on dipped beams, and/or foglamps, manually
Rear FOGLAMPS (Ring B)
Switch on your dipped/main beams.
Rotate the ring B forwards.
Front foglamps on
Rotate the ring C forwards.
Rotate the ring C forwards.

Note: To change the bulbs in the LH headlamp lens:Remove the battery cover.
Detach the fusebox cover.
Main beams
Tilt the metallic spring holding the fl a p g i v i n g a c c e s s t o t h e l a m p bulbs.
O p e n t h e a c c e s s fl a p .
Disconnect the connector.
Disengage the retaining spring.
Take out the bulb.
Bulb: H1
Dipped beams
Tilt the metallic spring holding the fl a p g i v i n g a c c e s s t o t h e l a m p bulbs.
O p e n t h e a c c e s s fl a p .
Disconnect the connector.
Disengage the retaining spring.
Take out the bulb.
