FUSEBOXES
T h e r e a r e t w o f u s e b o x e s u n d e r t h e d a s h b o a r d , o n e i n the engine compartment and another in the boot under the left hand wing trim.
Dashboard fuses
To access the fuses under dashboard:1- Open the storage cover as wide as possible with-out forcing.2- T o b e a b l e t o o p e n t h e c o v e r t o t h e m a x i m u m , p u l l it on the right hand side.3- Remove the protective trim located between the fuses and the storage cover to access the fuses.
REPLACING A FUSE
Before replacing a fuse, you should ascertain the cause of the fault and have it remedied. The numbers of the f u s e s a r e i n d i c a t e d o n t h e f u s e b o x .
Replace the fuse that has blown with one of the s a m e r a t i n g ( s a m e c o l o u r ) .
Use the special pliers A p l a c e d o n t h e fl a p c l o s e t o t h e f u s e b o x e s . T h e fl a p a l s o h a s s p a r e f u s e s a v a i l a b l e .

T o a c c e s s t h e f u s e b o x i n t h e e n g i n e compartment, undo each screw a 1 / 4 t u r n .
After a repair, take care to reclose the cover.
A n y r e p a i r s o n t h e M A X I f u s e s ( t h a t g i v e a d d i t i o n a l p r o t e c t i o n ) , located in the fuseboxes, must be left to a CITROËN dealer.
