Connect the memory stick to the port, directly or u s i n g a l e a d . I f t h e a u d i o e q u i p m e n t i s s w i t c h e d on, the USB source is detected as soon as it i s c o n n e c t e d . P l a y b e g i n s a u t o m a t i c a l l y a f t e r a delay which depends on the capacity of the USB stick. T h e fi l e f o r m a t s r e c o g n i s e d a r e . m p 3 ( m p e g 1 layer 3 only), .wma (standard 9 only, 128 kbits/sec c o m p r e s s i o n ) , . w a v a n d . o g g . The playlists types accepted are m3u, .pls, .wpl.
This unit consists of a USB port and a Jack s o c k e t * . T h e a u d i o fi l e s a r e t r a n s m i t t e d f r o m p o r t a b l e e q u i p m e n t s u c h a s a d i g i t a l p l a y e r o r a USB memory stick to your Audio system to be listened to via the vehicle's speakers.
