S e a t c o n i g u r a t i o n i s e x p l a i n e d
in Chapter III of this handbook.
To correctly move a seat, follow
the steps in order as described
in the handbook. Move the head
restraint to its lowest position, fold
the backrest onto the seat cushion,
ensuring that its resting position
is compatible with the seat type.
Place the front feet of the seat in
line with the sliders or the locking
c a t c h e s o n t h e l o o r b e f o r e s t a r t i n g
to re-engage the rear feet.
Automatic with separate regulation.
Press, AUTO is displayed, this is
the normal operating mode.

Imperative stop

W h e n t h e w a r n i n g
lamp comes on, it is
imperative to stop the vehicle and
s w i t c h o f f t h e e n g i n e .
This lamp is accompanied by a
STOP symbol on the display.
Contact a CITROËN dealer.
SERVICE warning lamp
T h i s w a r n i n g l a m p r e m a i n s
on for as long as the fault
a s s o c i a t e d w i t h t h e a l e r t
message is present (this in the
case of a serious fault).
Contact a CITROËN dealer as
soon as possible
The lamp stays on only for a short
time for a minor fault.

Seat belts on the front seats and the lateral seats of the 2nd
row
T h e f r o n t s e a t s a n d t h e l a t e r a l s e a t s o f t h e 2 n d r o w h a v e s e a t b e l t s w i t h
both pyrotechnic pretensioners and force limiters.
Seat belt height adjustment
To adjust, pinch the control 1 and slide in the desired direction.
To put on the seat belts:
Grip the buckle and pull the seat belt smoothly across your body making
s u r e t h a t i t i s n o t t w i s t e d . I n s e r t t h e b u c k l e t o n g u e i n t o t h e i x e d p a r t o f t h e
buckle and push home to lock. Pull to check that it is securely lo cated.
T h e l a p s t r a p m u s t b e p o s i t i o n e d a s l o w a s p o s s i b l e a c r o s s t h e p e l v i s a n d
should be as tight as possible.
The backrest of the seat should be as close to vertical as possibl e to avoid
any risk of slipping beneath the belt in an impact.
Seat belts on the lateral seats of the 3rd row
T h e l a t e r a l s e a t s o f t h e 3 r d r o w h a v e t h e i r o w n s e a t b e l t s , e a c h w i t h t h r e e
anchoring points, inertia reel and force limiter.
To install the belt, bring the anchorage from position A to position B, then
lock the belt connector into the housing.
Seat belts on the central seats of the 2nd row and 3rd row

c l o s i n g , y o u s h o u l d i m m e d i a t e l y r e v e r s e t h e w i n d o w m o v e m e n t . T o d o
this, reverse the position of the control concerned.
Child safety precaution
The electrical security is operated
by pressing the control located on
t h e e l e c t r i c w i n d o w s c o n t r o l p a n e l .
This deactivates movement of the
r e a r e l e c t r i c w i n d o w s , s l i d i n g s i d e
d o o r s a n d s e c o n d a n d t h i r d r o w
sun roofs.
Doors can still be opened from the
outside and controlled electrically
from the front seat position.
Note:

also be operated for a limited
time after the ignition has been
s w i t c h e d o f f ( i n c l u d i n g a f t e r t h e
front doors have been opened).
