Remote control keySystem which permits central unlocking or locking of the vehicle using the lock or from a distance. It is also used to locate and start the vehicle, as well as   providing   protection   against   theft.

Locking the vehicle
Locking using the remote control
Locking is confirmed by fixed lighting of the   direction   indicators   for   approximately  
t
wo   seconds.
According
  to   version,   the   door   mirrors   fold   at  
t
he   same   time.F

 ress   the   closed   padlock   to   lock  
t
he   vehicle.
If one of the doors or the boot is still 
open,   the   central   locking   does   not   take  
p
lace.
When   the   vehicle   is   locked,   if   it   is  
u
nlocked   inadvertently,   it   will   relock  
a
utomatically   after   thirty   seconds  
u
nless   a   door   or   the   boot   is   open.
The   folding   and   unfolding   of   the   door  
m
irrors   using   the   remote   control   can   be  
d
eactivated by a CITR

 N dealer or a 
qualified

orkshop.
Folding the key
F First  press   this   button   to   fold   the   key.
Locking using the key
F Turn  the   key   to   the   right   in   the   driver's   door  l
ock   to   lock   the   vehicle   completely.
If you do not press the button when 
folding
  the   key,   there   is   a   risk   of

amage   to   the   mechanism.

Rear screen demist - defrost
The control button is located on the heating or air conditioning system control panel.
Switching on
The rear screen demisting/defrosting can only operate   when   the   engine   is   running.

ear   screen   and   (depending   on   version)

he   door   mirrors.   The   indicator   lamp  
a
ssociated   with   the   button   comes   on.
Switching off
The demisting/defrosting switches off automatically   to   prevent   an   excessive  
c
onsumption   of   current.

I
 t   is   possible   to   stop   the   demisting/
defrosting
  operation   before   it   is   switched  
o
ff   automatically   by   pressing   the   button  
a
gain.   The   indicator   lamp   associated   with  
t
he   button   switches   off. F

 witch   off   the   demisting/defrosting

f   the   rear   screen   and   door   mirrors  
a
s soon as appropriate as lower 
current
  consumption   results   in

Reversing camera
The reversing camera cannot in any c
ircumstances   be   a   substitute   for  
v
igilance   on   the   part   of   the   driver. Clean
  the   reversing   camera   regularly  
u
sing   a   soft,   dry   cloth.

colour   image   is   provided   in   the   navigation

reen. The space between the blue lines represents the 
width   of   your   vehicle   except   for   the   door   mirrors.
The   blue   lines   represent   the   general   direction  o
f   the   vehicle.
The red line represents a distance of about 
30
  cm   beyond   the   edge   of   your   vehicle's  
r
ear   bumper.   The   audible   signal   becomes  
c
ontinuous   from   this   limit.
The
  green   lines   represent   distances   of   about    
1
  and   2   metres   beyond   the   edge   of   your  
v
ehicle's   rear   bumper.
