Monitoring
If dashes are displayed continuously
while driving in place of the digits, contact a CITROËN dealer or aqualified workshop.
This value may vary following a changein the style of driving or the relief,resulting in a significant change in thecurrent fuel consumption.
A few definitions…
Range
(miles or km)This indicates the distance
which can still be travelled with
the fuel remaining in the tank in relation to the average fuel consumption over the last few miles (kilometres) travelled.
When the range
falls below 20 miles (30 km),
dashes are displayed. After filling with at least5 litres of fuel, the range is recalculated and is
displayed when it exceeds 60 miles (10 0 km).
This function is only displayed from 20 mph (30 km/h).
Current fuel consumption
(mpg or l/100 km or km/l)
This is the average fuel consumption
during the last few seconds.
Average fuelconsumption
(mpg or l/100 km or km/l)
This is the average fuel consumption since the last tripcomputer zero reset.
Average speed
(mph or km/h)
This is the average speed calculated
since the last trip computer zero reset
(ignition on).
Stop & Start timecounter
(minutes/seconds or hours/minutes)
If your vehicle is fitted with Stop & Star t, a time counter calculates the time spent in STOP
mode during a journey. It resets to zero every time the ignition is switched on with the STA R T/STOP button.

Central locking control
Automatic central locking of
the doors
(anti-intrusion security)
The doors and boot can lock automatically while driving (speed above 6 mph (10 km/h)).
To activate or deactivate this function (activated
by default:
If the vehicle is deadlocked or locked from the outside, the button is not active. In this case, use the remote control to unlock the vehicle or pull an interior door handle to open a door.
If one of the doors is open, central locking from the inside does not take place.
Driving with the doors locked may make access to the passenger compar tment by the emergency ser vices more difficult in an emergency.

This allows the doors and the boot to be locked or unlocked.

Operate this button until amessage appears in the
instrument panel screen.
Transporting long or voluminousobjectsIf you want to drive with the boot open,press the central locking control button to lock the doors.
Emergency control
System allowing the doors to be locked and
unlocked manually in the event of a malfunctionof the central locking system or battery failure.
Locking the driver's door

Inser t the key in the door lock, then turn it
to the rear.
You can also apply the procedure described for
the passenger doors.

Comfort
Switch on the ignition or star t the engine if the vehicle has gone into economy mode.
The electric functions of the driver's seat are active for about45 seconds after opening the front door. They are deactivated about45 seconds after switching off the ignition and in economy mode.
To reactivate them, switch on the ignition.
