Lowering the seat cushion
F Remove the non-slip net.
F T o reposition the seat cushion, press firmly
at the top of the seat with one hand to
lower the seat cushion until it engages in
the seating position.

Fitting the net
F Place the first fixing in the upper cut-out 1 ,
located on the folded cushion. Then turn it
a quarter turn clockwise to secure it.

cut-out

ngage the first hook on the ring 3

in the open glove box.

located on the floor.
Removing the net
F Remove the hooks from the rings 4 and 3 .
F R emove the lower 2 then upper fixing 1 , by
turning them a quarter turn anti-clockwise
to release them.

Front door pockets
Liquids carried in an open vessel (a cup
or mug) could be spilt, presenting a risk
of damage on contact with the controls
in the dashboard and centre console.

Glove box
It houses the passenger front airbag
deactivation switch and can hold a water bottle,
the vehicle's handbook pack...
Storage compartment
It can hold a water bottle, the vehicle's
handbook pack...

o open the storage compartment, press
the left-hand end of the control and guide
the lid to its open position notch.
If it is so equipped, it is illuminated when the lid
is opened.
While driving , keep the glove boxes
closed. Other wise there is a risk of
injury in the event of an accident or
sudden braking.

Front airbagsDeployment
The airbags are deployed, except the
passenger front airbag if it is deactivated, in
the event of a serious front impact to all or part
of the front impact zone A, in the longitudinal
centreline of the vehicle on a horizontal plane
and directed from the front to the rear of the
vehicle.
The front airbag inflates between the thorax
and head of the front occupant of the vehicle
and the steering wheel, driver's side, and the
dashboard, passenger side to cushion their
for ward movement.
System which protects the driver and
passenger(s) in the event of a serious front
impact in order to limit the risk of injury to the
head and thorax.
The driver's airbag is fitted in the centre of the
steering wheel; the front passenger airbag is
fitted in the dashboard above the glove box. When driving
, keep the glove box
closed. Other wise there is a risk of
injury in the event of an accident or
sudden braking.

Access to the tools
F Take the tweezer from its housing. The extraction tweezer is installed behind the
fusebox cover. Before changing a fuse:

he cause of the failure must be identified
and rectified,
F
a
ll electrical consumers must be
switched off,
F
t
he vehicle must be immobilised with the
ignition off,
F
i
dentify the failed fuse using the tables and
layout drawings in the following pages.
Changing a fuse
To replace a fuse, you must:
F u se the special tweezer to extract the fuse
from its housing and check the condition of
its filament.
F
a
lways replace the failed fuse with a fuse
of the same rating (same colour); using
a different rating could cause faults (risk
of
fire).
If the fuse fails again soon after replacement,
have the vehicle's electrical system checked by
a CITROËN dealer or a qualified workshop. The replacement of a fuse not shown in
the tables below may cause a serious
malfunction of your vehicle. Contact
a CITROËN dealer or a qualified
workshop.

qualified workshop.

Fuses behind the glove box
The fusebox is located in the left-hand part of
the glove box.

F Unclip the cover by pulling at top left, then right.
