C ode protection
T he radio is protected by means of a four digit code. This code is introduced by the
radio keys at each battery disconnection.
Co de introduction by means of the radio keys : in order to valid one digit introduction,
push the next key ( see the operation technical book).
In case of a wrong code, the instrument is getting blocked ( one minute for the first error, two
minutes for the second error, four minutes for the third…)
Af ter first code introduction, some confi gurations must be programmed ( see chapter”
configuration”). These are remaining programmed till battery disconnection.
NOTE : the return to the “wave jammer” mode is possible by simultaneously push-
ing of the keys 2 and 5, putting the radio under tension. Wait then for two minutes.
Programming
OBSERVATION : in order to select the radio operation are a, push simultaneously keys 2
and 5, putting the radio under tension. Wait then for about two minutes. Introduce the four digits
code, then:

-Select the sound tonality curves:
- 0 : inactive adjustment
- 1 : Tw i n g o
- 2 : Clio
- 3 : Mégane
- 4 : Laguna

- speakers number configura tion – with or
w ithout rear speakers (REAR ON / OFF)
NOTE : it is not necessary to perform the configuration after radio code introduction,
further to a supply failure.
