40-20-40 Front Seat
The outboard seat portions are each 40% of the total
width of the seat. The back of the center portion (20%)
easily folds down to provide an armrest/center storage
compartment (if equipped).
Each outboard seat is independently adjustable forward
or rearward and is equipped with a back recliner. The
manual forward or rearward seat adjustment handle is
found at the front edge of each seat cushion. Pull up on
the handle and slide the seat to get the most comfortable
position.

Manual Rotary Lumbar Support Adjustment — If
Equipped
Rotating the lumbar control knob on the left side of the
driver’s seatback and on the right side of the passenger’s
seatback increases or decreases the lumbar (lower back)
support.
Power Seats — If Equipped
The power seat controls are on the outboard side of the
front seat cushions. Three switches control the seat move-
ment.

Change the seat angle by using the two toggle switches,
tilting it up or down.
Heated Seats — If Equipped
The heated seat switches are located in the instrument
panel under the climate controls.Press the switch once for High heat. Press the switch a
second time for Low heat. Pressing the switch a third
time will turn the heated seats Off.
The heaters will operate for approximately 30 minutes
and automatically change to the next lower level, or Off.
When High is selected both indicators will illuminate, if

Adjustment
1. Position the driver seat so that you are at least 10 in
(254 mm) away from the airbag located in the center of
the steering wheel.
2. Fasten and adjust the seatbelts.
3. Move the adjustable pedal switch, located to the left of
the steering column near the parking brake release, in the
direction you desire to move the pedals.
4. The pedalscannotbe adjusted when the vehicle is in
REVERSE or when the Electronic Speed Control is set.
CAUTION!
Do not place any article under the adjustable pedals
or impede its ability to move as it may cause damage
to the pedal controls. Pedal travel may become lim-
ited if movement is stopped by an obstruction in the
adjustable pedal’s path.
