Windows
Opening/Closing the Power Windows
The power windows can be opened and closed when the power mode is in ON,
using the switches on the doors.
The driver’s side switches can be used to open and close all the windows. The power
window lock button on the driver’s side must be switched off (indicator off) to open
and close the windows from anywhere other than the driver’s seat.
When the power window lock button is pressed, the indicator comes on and you
can only operate the driver’s window. Turn the power window lock button on
(indicator on) if a child is in the vehicle.
■Manual operation
To open: Push the switch down lightly, and
hold it until the desired position is reached.
To close: Pull the switch up lightly, and hold it
until the desired position is reached.
■Automatic operation
To open: Push the switch down firmly.
To close: Pull the switch up firmly.
The window opens or closes completely. To

Function
1 Opening/Closing the Power Windows
The power windows can be operated for up to 10
minutes after you set the po wer mode to VEHICLE OFF.
Opening either front door cancels this function.
Auto Reverse
If a power window senses resistance when closing
automatically, it will stop closing and reverse
direction.
The driver’s window auto re verse function is disabled
when you continuously pull up the switch.
The auto reverse function stops sensing when the
window is almost closed to en sure that it fully closes.
While driving with any of the windows open, you
may hear a booming, throbbi ng, or helicopter-type
noise or pressure. This is ca lled wind buffeting. This is
a normal occurrence th at can be minimized.
If you hear a wind buffeti ng noise with any of the
windows open, lower all of the other windows
slightly or open the moonroof
*.
3WARNING
Closing a power window on someone’s

Features
If the eCall system is working properly, the indicator will light up in green.
• Green: eCall system is ready.
• Blinking in green: eCall system is conne cted and making an eCall to a PSAP
operator.
• Repeating a pattern of short flashes of the red light: The eCall system has failed
to connect to an operator. The eCall indica tor will continue this pattern for five
seconds, then it will light up in green.
If the 911-based eCall system is disabled in the event of a critical system failure, the
following warning will be given to the occupants of the vehicle:
• Red or blacked out: A problem with the eCa ll system has occurred. If the indicator
stays red or blacked out even after you have restarted the vehicle, have the system
check by a dealer.1 Emergency Call (eCall)
Your vehicle may NOT be ab le to connect to a PSAP
operator if:
•The 12V batter y is too low.

Driving
The system has three alert stages for a possible collis ion. However, depending on circumstances, the CMBSTM may not go through all of
the stages before initiating the last stage.

Driving
Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC) with Low Speed
Follow
Helps maintain a constant vehicle speed a nd a set following-interval behind a vehicle
detected ahead of yours and, if the detect ed vehicle comes to a stop, can decelerate
and stop your vehicle, without you having to keep your foot on the brake or the
accelerator.
When ACC with Low Speed Follow slows y our vehicle by applying the brakes, your
vehicle’s brake lights will illuminate.
1 Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC) with Low Speed Follow
3WARNING
Improper use of ACC with Low Speed
Follow can lead to a crash.
Use ACC with Low Speed Follow only when
driving on expressways or freeways and in
good road and weather conditions.
3WARNING
ACC with Low Speed Follow has limited
braking capability and may not stop your
vehicle in time to avoid a collision with a
vehicle that quickly stops in front of you.
Always be prepared to apply the brake
pedal if the conditions require.
When to use
■Vehicle speed for ACC wi th Low Speed Follow: A vehicle is detected ahead
within ACC with Low Speed Follow range – ACC with Low Speed Follow
operates at speeds up to 90 mph (145 km/h).
No vehicle is detected within ACC with Low Speed Follow range – ACC with
Low Speed Follow operates at the speed of 25 mph (40 km/h) or above.
■Shift position for ACC with Low Speed Follow: In ( D or (S.
A front sensor
camera is located
behind the
rearview mirror.
The radar sensor is
behind the Honda
emblem on the

Driving
The system may automatically shut off under certain conditions. Some examples of
these conditions are listed below. Other conditions may reduce some of the ACC
with Low Speed Follow functions.

2 Radar Sensor P. 398
■Environmental conditions
• Driving in bad weather (rain, fog, snow, etc.).
■Roadway conditions
• Driving on a snowy or wet roadway (obs cured lane marking, vehicle tracks,
reflected lights, road spray, high contrast).
■Vehicle conditions
• The outside of the windshie ld is blocked by dirt, mud, leaves, wet snow, etc.
• An abnormal tire or wheel condition (incorre ct sizes, varied sizes or construction,
improperly inflated, comp act spare tire, etc.).
• The camera temperature gets too high.
• The electric parking brake is applied.
• When the front grille is dirty.
• The vehicle is tilted due to a heav y load or suspension modifications.
• When tire chains are installed.
■ACC with Low Speed Follow Conditions and Limitations1ACC with Low Speed Follow Conditions and Limitations
Always keep the radar sensor cover clean.
Never use chemical solvents or polishing powder for
cleaning the sensor cover. Clean it with water or a
mild detergent.
Do not put a sticker on the radar sensor cover or
replace the radar sensor cover.
If you need the radar sensor to be repaired, or
removed, or the radar se nsor cover is strongly
impacted, turn off the system by pressing the
button and take your vehicle to a dealer.
Have your vehicle checked by a dealer if you find any
unusual behavior of the system (e.g., the warning
message appears too frequently).
