B470A01HP-AAT (If Installed) The sunshade can be opened and closed by sliding it forward or rearward when the sunroof is closed. The sun-shade will open automatically when the sunroof is opened, but it must be closed manually. HHP2023

Never adjust the sunshade while driving.
B505D01HR-GAT The coin holder is used to store coins.

B450B01HP-GAT Rear Drink Holder (Type B) (If Installed) The rear drink holder is located in the rear seat arm rest for holding cups orcans. The rear drink holder can be used by opening the lid of arm rest.
WARNING:
Do not place objects other thancups or cans in the drink holder. Such objects can be thrown out inthe event of a sudden stop or an accident, possibly injuring the pas- sengers in the vehicle. B450B01HP

o Do not close a sunroof if anyone's hands, arms or body are between the sliding glass and the sunroof sash, as this could result in an injury.
o Do not place your head or arms out of the sunroof opening at anytime.
CAUTION:
o Do not open the sunroof in se- verely cold temperature or when it is covered with ice or snow.
o Periodically remove any dirt that may have accumulated on theguide rails. B460C01S-AAT Tilting the Sunroof The sunroof can be tilted by pushing the "UP" button with the sunroof closed. Release the button when the sunroofreaches the desired position. To close the sunroof, press the "DOWN" but- ton. NOTE: After washing the car or after there is rain, be sure to wipe off any waterthat is on the sunroof before oper- ating it.
B460B01HP-GAT Opening or Closing the Sunroof The sunroof can be electrically opened or closed. The sunroof is moved to its fully open position by pushing the "Open" button, and to stop at the de-sired position, push in any buttons (OPEN, CLOSE, UP, DOWN).

CAUTION:
Remove the round plug with the groove pointing to the front and therear. Otherwise, the projections of the plug may break if it is not posi- tioned properly.

If the sunroof does not electrically op- erate:
1. Remove the round plug in the front
of the roof panel with a flat-bladed screwdriver or coin. HHP2021
2. Insert the hexagonal head wrench
provided with the vehicle into the socket. This wrench can be found in the glove box.
3. Turn the wrench clockwise to open or counterclockwise to close. HHP2022

o Always drive your vehicle at a
moderate speed.
o Loading cargo or luggage over specification on the roof rack may damage stability of your vehicle.B550A01A-AAT (If Installed)
In addition to the lower-mounted rear stop lights on either side of the car, the high mounted rear stop light in thecenter of the rear window also lights when the brakes are applied.
! CAUTION:
o The cross bars should be posi- tioned before carrying a load on the roof rack.
o In case the sunroof is equipped, do not position roof rack loadsthat could interfere with opening of the sunroof.
o The following specifications are recommended when loadingcargo or luggage.
o Loading cargo or luggage above 34 kg (75 lb) on the roof rack maydamage your vehicle. When you carry large objects, never let them hang over the rearor the sides of your vehicle.
o To prevent damage or loss of
cargo as you are driving, checkfrequently to make sure the lug- gage carrier and cargo are still securely fastened.ROOF RACK

The electrically operated sunroof may be used only whilst the ignition switch is at the "ON" position. The sunroof is equipped with a sunshade which maybe used whilst the sunroof is at the closed position to obscure incoming light.The sunshade is automatically opened whenever the sunroof is opened but must be manually closed by slidingforward after the sunroof is closed. When the sunroof is opened, the wind deflector will automatically rise to theupper position and will automatically retract when the sunroof is closed.SUNROOF

B450B01HP-GAT Rear Drink Holder (Type B) The rear drink holder is located in the rear seat armrest for holding cups or cans. The rear drink holder can be used by opening the lid of armrest.
WARNING:
Do not place objects other thancups or cans in the drink holder.Such objects can be thrown out in the event of a sudden stop or an accident, possibly injuring the pas-sengers in the vehicle.

o Use caution when using the drink holders. A spilled beverage that is very hot can injure you or your passengers. Spilled liquids candamage interior trim and electri- cal components.
o Do not place objects other than cups or cans in the drink holder.Such objects can be thrown out in the event of a sudden stop or anaccident, possibly injuring the passengers in the vehicle.

The sunroof can be electrically opened or closed. The sunroof is moved to its fully open position by pushing the "OPEN" switch, and to stop at thedesired position, push in any switches (OPEN, CLOSE, UP, DOWN). To close, press and hold the "CLOSE"button. Release the button when the sunroof reaches the desired position.
CAUTION:
o Do not open the sunroof in se- vere cold temperature or when itis covered with ice or snow.
o Periodically remove any dirt that may have accumulated on theguide rails. WARNING:
o Ensure that the sunroof and guide rails are clear of obstructionsbefore closing the sunroof and ensure that nothing may becomeentrapped between the sunroof panel and the vehicle body whilst the sunroof is being closed.
o Do not stand up or extend any portion of your body out of theopening whilst the vehicle ismoving.
B460B01HP SB330C2-E Tilting the Sunroof System The sunroof can be tilted and closed by depressing the button indicated. Re- lease the button when the sunroof reaches the up position.To close the sunroof, press the "DOWN" button. NOTE: The sunroof should not be opened when water or standing rain is on the roof panel. Driving the vehiclefor a short distance will allow the water to disperse naturally at which point the sunroof may be opened.

B460D01HP-EAT Manual Operation of Sunroof If the sunroof fails to operate:
1. Remove the round plug in the front
of the roof panel with a flat-bladed screwdriver or coin. 2. Insert the hexagonal head wrench
provided with the vehicle into the socket. This wrench can be found in the glove box or the tool bag.
3. Turn the wrench clockwise to open
or counterclockwise to close.
CAUTION:
Remove the round plug with the groove pointing to the front and the rear. Otherwise, the projections ofthe plug may break if it is not posi- tioned properly.
