(Manual Transmission models) GUID-6F348F29-B160-4632-B05C-A45F6D5E7AD7
This indicator means that the engine will
start by pushing the ignition switch with
the clutch pedal depressed.
9. Parking brake release warning GUID-7289EFE7-F400-4C19-9597-F8AA159911CA
This warning appears when the vehicle
speed is above 4 MPH (7 km/h) and the
parking brake is applied.
10. Low fuel warning GUID-2FE47C40-46BC-4EC8-AC52-E90EBB5F8B0F
This warning appears when the fuel level in
the tank is getting low. Refuel as soon as it
is convenient, preferably before the fuel
gauge reaches the empty (E) position.
There is a small reserve of fuel remaining
in the tank when the fuel gauge reaches
the empty (E) position.
11. Low washer fluid warning GUID-54C94524-E0BC-4326-8A11-B2CD705757A6
This warning appears when the washer
tank fluid is at a low level. Add washer fluid
as necessary. (See “ Window washer fluid ”
(P.8-16).)
12. Door/trunk open warning (igni-
tion switch is in the ON position) GUID-50585695-BAF8-48B7-8A81-CEA312693DE1
This warning appears if any of the doors and/or the trunk lid are open or not closed
securely. The vehicle icon indicates which
door or the trunk lid is open on the display.
13. Loose fuel cap warning GUID-479E9C15-B26C-477B-8AA7-ED29D6CD76ED
This warning appears when the fuel-filler
cap is not tightened correctly after the
vehicle has been refueled. (See “ Fuel-filler
door ” (P.3-23).)
14. Check tire pressure warning GUID-174D3E5C-C80F-432A-944F-EE13C51D1486
This warning appears when the low tire
pressure warning light in the meter illumi-
nates to indicate the low tire pressure. If
this warning appears, stop the vehicle and
adjust the tire pressure to the recom-
mended COLD tire pressure shown on the
Tire and Loading Information label. (See
“ Low tire pressure warning light ” (P.2-15)
and “ Tire Pressure Monitoring System
(TPMS) ” (P.5-4).)
15. “ Time to rest ” indicator GUID-9639DC97-247E-4499-BA1B-AFF133E94400
This indicator appears when the set “ time
to rest ” indicator activates. You can set the
time for up to 6 hours. (See “ Trip
computer ” (P.2-26).) 16. Low outside temperature warn-
ing GUID-E9986E7D-DDA6-4BCF-8D8E-D8F9C645C41B
This warning appears if the outside tem-
perature is below 37 8 F (3 8 C). The warning
can be set not to be displayed. (See “ Trip
computer ” (P.2-26).)
17. Cruise indicator GUID-8437A118-88BE-4895-A266-56D415AE4EC7
Cruise main switch indicator: GUID-D73A39BF-43C8-459F-9C24-47B7F579C407
The indicator is displayed when the cruise
control main switch is pushed. When the
main switch is pushed again, the indicator
disappears. When the cruise control main
switch indicator is displayed, the cruise
control system is operational.
Cruise set switch indicator: GUID-D73A39BF-43C8-459F-9C24-47B7F579C407
The indicator is displayed while the vehicle
speed is controlled by the cruise control
system. If the indicator blinks while the
engine is running, it may indicate that the
cruise control system is not functioning
properly. Have the system checked by an
INFINITI retailer.

1. Push the ignition switch to the OFF
position and make sure you carry the
Intelligent Key with you.*
2. Close all the doors.
3. Push the LOCK
button

on the
Intelligent Key.
4. All the doors and fuel-filler door will
lock.
5. The hazard indicator flashes twice and
the horn chirps once.
*: Doors will lock with the Intelligent Key
while the ignition switch is in the ACC or
ON position.
Operate the door handles to confirm that
the doors have been securely locked.
Unlocking doors and fuel-filler door GUID-337B912E-F7DF-44D8-9546-848D7FB4BC8D
1. Push the UNLOCK button

on the
Intelligent Key once.
2. The hazard indicator flashes once. The
driver ’ s door and fuel-filler door will
unlock.
3. Push the UNLOCK
button on the
Intelligent Key again within 1 minute.
4. The hazard indicator flashes once
again. All the doors will unlock. All doors will be locked automatically
unless one of the following operations is
performed within 1 minute after pushing
the UNLOCK
button on the Intelligent
Key while the doors are locked. If during
this 1-minute time period, the UNLOCK
button on the Intelligent Key is pushed, all
doors will be locked automatically after
another 1 minute.

. Pushing the ignition switch
. Inserting the Intelligent Key into the
Intelligent Key port.
During this 1-minute time period, if the
UNLOCK
button on the Intelligent Key
is pushed, all doors will be locked auto-
matically after another 1 minute.

The UNLOCK button operation also
allows you to open the window that is
equipped with the automatic open/close
function. (See “ Power windows ” (P.2-52)).
To open the window, push the door
UNLOCK
button

on the Intelligent
Key for about 3 seconds after the door is
unlocked.
To stop opening, release the UNLOCK
button. If the window open operation is stopped in
mid-operation while pushing the UNLOCK
button, release and push the UNLOCK
button again until the window opens
completely.
Window cannot be closed using the In-
telligent Key.
The door window can also be operated by
turning the mechanical key in a door lock.
(See “ Doors ” (P.3-4).)

1. Push the TRUNK button

on the
Intelligent Key for more than 1 second.
2. The trunk will unlatch.
3. Raise the trunk lid to open the trunk.

If you are near your vehicle and feel
threatened, you may activate the alarm to
call attention as follows:
1. Push the PANIC
button

key for more than 1 second.
2. The theft warning alarm and headlights
will stay on for 25 seconds.
