FRONT SEATS
Manual seat adjustment
Forward and backward:
Pull the lever
1up and hold it while sliding
the seat forward or backward to the pre-
ferred position. Release the lever to lock the
seat in position.
Seat cushion angle (if equipped):
Adjust the angles so that your thighs are
lightly supported. Turn handwheel

wards or backwards.Seat lifter (if equipped):
Repeatedly pull up or push down the adjust-
ing lever
3, to adjust the seat height to the
desired position.
Seatback angle:
Relieve the pressure on the seatback and turn
handwheel
4forwards or backwards.
The reclining feature allows the adjustment
of the seatback for occupants of different
sizes to help obtain the proper seat belt fit.
(See "Seat belts" later in this section.)
The seatback may be reclined to allow occu-
pants to rest when the vehicle is parked.Lumbar support:
The lumbar support feature provides lower
back support to the driver.
Push each side of the adjusting switch to
adjust the seat lumbar area until the desired
position is achieved.
