Steering wheel adjustment:
a Pull down the lock release
lever
b Adjust the steering wheel to
the desired angle

Lock the steering wheel by
pulling up the lock release lever. Heated steering wheel*

When the ignition switch or
engine start/stop button is
in the ON position, press the
button shown to switch on
the heated steering wheel.
The indicator on the button
will illuminate. To turn off the
heating function, press the
button once again.
Cruise control system

experiencing a tyre puncture.
After you ensure that the tyre
is properly sealed you can drive
cautiously on the tyre (up to
200
km (120 miles)) at a max.

tyre dealer to have the tyre
replaced.
Towing [7]
When towing the vehicle in
an emergency without wheel
dollies, tow with the front
wheels off the ground and:
1.
Set the ignition switch in the
ACC position
.
2.
Place the transaxle shift
le
ver in N (Neutral).
3.
Release the parking brake.
Emer
gency towing
If towing is necessary, it is
recommended to have it done
by an authorised Kia dealer or a
commercial tow truck service. Removable towing hook [7]
1.
Open the tailgate and

emove the towing hook
from the tool case.
2.
Remov
e the hole cover by
pressing the lower part of
the cover on the bumper.
3.
Install the towing hook by
turning it clockwise until it is
fully secur
ed.
4.
Remov
e the towing hook and
install the cover after use.

CAUTION
Failure to place the transaxle
shift lever in N (Neutral) may
cause internal damage to the
transaxle.
