Low Beam Assist (LBA) sys-
tem (if equipped)
Low Beam Assist (LBA) system uses
the steering angle and vehicle speed
to keep your field of vision wide by
swiveling and leveling the headlamp.
Change the switch to the AUTO posi-
tion when the engine is running. Low
Beam Assist (LBA) system will oper-
ate when the headlamp is ON. To
turn off LBA system change the
switch to other positions. After turn-
ing LBA system off, headlamp
swiveling no longer occurs, but level-
ing operates continuously. If LBA system malfunction indicator
comes on, LBA system is not work-
ing properly. Drive to the nearest safe
location and restart the engine. If the
indicator continuously remains on,
have your vehicle checked by an
authorized K900 Kia dealer as soon
as possible.

replacement
If the Low/High beam lamp, day time
running lamp, position lamp, front turn
signal lamp and side marker
(1,2,3,4,5,6) do not operate, have the
vehicle checked by an authorized
K900 Kia dealer.
The LED lamp cannot be replaced as
a single component because it is part
of an integrated unit. The LED lamp
has to be replaced with the unit.
A skilled technician should check or
repair the head lamp (LED), for it
may damage related parts of the
vehicle.
