User Settings* - Instrument Cluster
To enter the User Settings mode in the LCD Instrument Cluster Modes, press the Mode/Select button A when the vehicle is at a standstill and with the Engine Start/Stop* button in the ON position and select User Settings
You can navigate the selections on the display by pressing the Move/Reset button B, and then selecting the item by pressing the Mode/Select button A
Vehicle Settings* - Infotainment System
(Vehicles with wide-screen navigation system)
To enter the Vehicle Settings mode in the audio head unit screen, press the SETUP key on the audio head unit Then press the Vehicle icon, which will take you to the Vehicle Settings screen Use the touchscreen to navigate through the menus
Vehicle Settings modes:
Driver Assistance: Driving Assist, Warning Time, Warning Volume, Driver Attention Warning, Forward Safety, Blind-spot Safety, Parking Safety
Climate: Recirculate Air, Automatic Ventilation, Defog/Defrost Options
Lights: One Touch Turn Signal, Headlight Display, High Beam Assist
Door: Auto Lock, Auto Unlock, Two-Press Unlock
Cluster: Energy Consumption Reset, Content Selection, Cluster Voice Guidance Volume, Welcome Sound
Convenience: Rear Occupant Alert, Wireless Charging System, Auto Rear Wiper (in R)
Reset: Reset Vehicle Settings to Factory Defaults

ADVANCED DRIVER ASSISTANCE SYSTEM (ADAS)
ADAS
When engaged, Driver At tention Warning is not a substitute for safe driving and may not detect all instances of inat tentive driving practices Failure to pay at tention to travel conditions and vehicle operation could result in loss of vehicle control Always drive safely and use caution

REMINDERS:
•
When activated, DAW does not display “Consider taking a break ” message when the total trip driving time is less than 10 minutes
•
DAW will enter a standby mode if the camera does not detect the lanes
Driver Attention Warning (DAW)†4
Driver Attention Warning is designed to alert the driver if it detects inattentive driving practices and, in certain situations, can give a warning signal to take a break from driving
A message, “Consider taking a break,” D appears on the LCD and a warning sounds to suggest the driver take a break when the driver ’s attention level becomes low
DAW Settings:
•DAW can be turned on/off by going to the User Settings* in the Instrument Cluster or the Vehicle Settings* in the Infotainment System
•Only adjust settings when the vehicle is at a standstill, gear shift
is in Park and the ignition is on or the Engine Start/Stop button* in the on position
•To enable in User settings* in the Instrument Cluster - Press the Mode button E on the Steering Wheel to toggle to User Settings Press the OK F up/down to toggle to Driver Assistance, then Driver Attention Warning and select Inattentive Driving
•To enable in Vehicle settings* in the Infotainment System – Press the SETUP key or the onscreen SETUP button Press VEHICLE to enter Vehicle Settings Select Driver Assistance, then Driver Attention Warning and select Inattentive Driving

Manual Speed Limit Assist (MSLA)†3
MSL A monitors the vehicle speed and the preset speed limit and is designed to warn the driver when the vehicle surpasses this preset speed limit An audible warning will sound and the speed limit indicator -*.*5 A will blink on the Instrument Cluster until your vehicle slows down to the set speed Once MSL A is turned on and the speed is set, the Instrument Cluster LCD will display the set speed next the MSL A indicator
MSLA Settings:
•To turn on MSL A , press and hold the Driving Assist button B Press again to turn MSL A off
•To set the speed limit, press the button + - C up/down to the desired speed If you press and hold the button + - C up/down, the speed will increase/decrease in increments of 5 mph
•To pause MSL A , press the button + - C Press again to resume

Cruise Control (CC)*†1 5
A Driving Assist button: Press to turn the Cruise Control On/Off The indicator will illuminate on the instrument cluster and the set speed will automatically activate at the vehicle’s current speed
B + switch: Press up to increase Set speed
- switch: Press down to set or decrease Set Speed
C Pause/Resume button: Press to pause Cruise Control Press again to resume Cruise Control

•Cruise Control is designed to function at above 20 mph
•Cruise Control will not activate until the brake pedal has been depressed at least once after ignition ON or engine star t
QUICK TIPS
REMINDER: In standard Cruise Control, the driver needs to manually assess the distance from other vehicles as the system will not automatically apply brakes
N S C C is a supplemental system and is not a substitute for safe driving It is the responsibilit y of the driver to always check the speed and distance to the vehicle ahead

REMINDERS:

CRUISE indicator must be ON in order to operate SCC
•The speed set ting will need to be reset when ignition is cycled
•
The distance set tings are approximations and may var y depending on vehicle speed See the owner ’s manual for more information
•
SCC is also canceled when the driver ’s door is opened, gear shift is changed out of D (Drive), Electronic Parking Brake (EPB) is activated and various other conditions See owner ’s manual for other conditions
•
If SCC is left on, it can be activated inadver tently Keep the system off when not in use to avoid set ting a speed which the driver is not aware of
•The navigation par t of NSCC does not function when a destination is not set on the infotainment navigation system
•NSCC requires an active navigation subscription
•NSCC is only available on controlled access roads and highways
•If your vehicle speed is bet ween 0-20 mph when you press the Driving Assist but ton to turn NSCC on, the set speed will be set to 20 mph
•When following a vehicle, the system can automatically adjust your cruise speed based on the vehicle detected in front It will even bring the vehicle to a complete stop if necessar y If the vehicle remains at a standstill for more than 3 seconds, you must depress the accelerator pedal or press the +/- switch up/down to star t the vehicle
•NSCC is designed to function above approximately 20 mph only

Pairing a Phone

How to Place a Call
When using the voice command* feature, wait for the system BEEP before speaking the command
There are two options for placing a call:
1 Option 1: Press the Receive/Place Call button C (displays the call history screen)
2 Option 2*: Press the Talk button B Then say the command “Call {name}” or Dial {number} followed by contact name or number
