■Mechanical key
To take out the mechanical key, push the
release button and take the key out.
After using the mechanical key, store it in
the electronic key. Carry the mechanical
key together with the electronic key. If
the electronic key battery is depleted or
the entry function does not operate
properly, you will need the mechanical
key.
■Wireless remote control

Opens the windows and moon roof

■Rear door child-protector lock
The door cannot be open ed from inside the
vehicle when the lock is set.

dren from opening the rear doors.
Push down on each rear door switch to
lock both rear doors.

Fuel Tank Cap
■Before refueling the vehicle
● Turn the power switch off and ensure that all the doors and windows are closed.
● Confirm the type of fuel.
■Opening the fuel tank cap
Press the opener switch to open the
fuel filler door.
Turn the fuel tank cap slowly to open
and hang it on the back of the fuel filler
door.1

If the electronic key does not operate properly
■Unlocking and locking the doors
Use the mechanical key ( P.1 8 ) i n o r d e r t o
perform the following operations:
Locks all the doors
Closes the windows and moon roof

(turn and hold)
Unlocks the door
Turning the key rearward unlocks the
driver’s door. Turning the key once
again within 5 seconds unlocks the
other doors.
Opens the windows and moon roof

■ Unlocking the trunk
Turn the mechanical key clockwise to open.
