■Displaying the fuel consumption screen

Navigation system screen
Press the “MENU” button on the Remote Touch, then select “Info” on the “Menu” screen,
and then select “Fuel Consumption”.
If the “Past Record” screen is displayed, select “Trip Information”.

Press the “MENU” button on the Lexus Display Audio controller, then select “Info” on the
“Menu” screen, and then select “Fuel Consumption”.
If the “Trip Information” screen does not appear, move the controller to the right and select
“Trip Information”.

ON mode. Use the displayed average fuel consumption as a reference. The image is an example only.

■Wireless remote control
Locks all the doors
Check that the door is securely locked.
Unlocks all the doors
Pressing the button unlocks the driver’s
door. Pressing the button again within
5 seconds unlocks the other doors.
Opens the windows and moon roof
(press and hold)

Opens the trunk (press and hold)
If the vehicle is equipped with a power
trunk opener and closer, the trunk lid
automatically opens fully.
Sounds the alarm (press and hold)

Smart Access System wi th Push-button Start
■Entering the vehicle
Grip the driver’s door handle to unlock the
door. Grip the passenger’s door handle to
unlock all the doors.
Make sure to touch the sensor on the
back of the handle.
The doors cannot be unlocked for 3 sec-
onds after the doors are locked.

The following operations can be performed simply by carrying the electronic key on your
person, for example in your pocket. (The driver should always carry the electronic key.)
For details on starting the engine, see page 24.

■Changing the door unlock function setting
It is possible to set which doors the entry function unlocks using the wireless remote con-
trol. Turn the “START STOP ENGINE” switch off.
When the indicator light on the key surface is not on, press and hold ,
or for approximately 5 seconds while pressing and holding .
The setting changes each time an operation is performed, as shown below. (When
changing the setting continuously, release th e buttons, wait for at least 5 seconds, and
repeat step .)
To prevent unintended triggering of the alarm, unlock the doors using the wireless
remote control and open and close a door once after the settings have been changed. (If
a door is not opened within 60 seconds af ter is pressed, the doors will be locked
again and the alarm will automatically be set.)
In case that the alarm is triggered, immediately stop the alarm. ( →P.1 8 )

Theft Deterrent System
■Engine immobilizer system
The indicator light flashes after the “START
STOP ENGINE” switch has been turned off
to indicate that the system is operating.
The indicator light stops flashing after the
“START STOP ENGINE” switch has been
turned to ACCESSORY or IGNITION
ON mode to indicate that the system has
been canceled.
■Alarm
The alarm uses light and sound to give an alert when an intrusion is detected.
To set the alarm:
Close the doors, trunk and hood , and lock all the doors. The system will be set automatically
after 30 seconds. The indicator light changes from being on to flashing when the system is set.
To deactivate or stop the alarm:
● Unlock the doors or open the trunk.
● Turn the “START STOP ENGINE” switch to ACCESSORY or IGNITION ON mode, or
start the engine. (The alarm will be deact ivated or stopped after a few seconds.)

Recording procedure
Check that the shift lever is in P.
Turn the “START STOP ENGINE” switch to IGNITION ON mode.
Adjust the driver’s seat, steering wheel, and outside rear view mirrors to the desired
positions. While pressing the “SET” button, or within 3
seconds after the “SET” button is pressed,
press button “1”, “2” or “3” until the buzzer
sounds.If the selected button has already been
preset, the previously recorded position
will be overwritten.
■Recall procedure
Check that the shift lever is in P.
Turn the “START STOP ENGINE” switch to IGNITION ON mode.
Press one of the buttons for the driving
position you want to recall until the buzzer
sounds.
This feature automatically adjusts the front se ats, steering wheel (power adjustment type)
and outside rear view mirrors to suit your preferences.

■Memory recall function (driver’s side only)
Each electronic key can be registered to recall your preferred driving position.
■Registering procedure
Check that the shift lever is in P.
Turn the “START STOP ENGINE” switch to IGNITION ON mode.
Recall the driving position that you want to record.
While pressing the recalled button, press
and hold the door lock switch (either lock
or unlock) until the buzzer sounds.If the button could not be registered, the
buzzer sounds continuously for approxi-
mately 3 seconds.1

Engine (Ignition) Switch
■Starting the engine
Check that the parking brake is set.
Check that the shift lever is set in P.
Firmly depress the brake pedal.

displayed, the engine cannot be
started.
Press the “START STOP ENGINE”
switch. The engine will crank until it starts or
for up to 30 seconds, whichever is
less.
Continue depressing the brake pedal
until the engine is completely started.
The engine can be started from any
“START STOP ENGINE” switch
mode.
Performing the following operations when carrying the electronic key on your person
starts the engine or changes “START STOP ENGINE” switch modes.
