Multi-information display
Presents the driver with a variety of vehicle data (

Displays warning messages in case of a malfunction ( P. 4 5 9 )
Fuel gauge
Engine coolant temperature gauge
Displays the engine coolant temperature. If the engine coolant temperature gauge
indicator ( ) enters the red zone, a buzzer will sound and the indicator will turn red
and start flashing. Also, a warning message will be displayed.
Engine oil temperature gauge
Displays the engine oil temperature. If the engine oil temperature gauge indicator
( ) enters the red zone, the indicator will turn red and start flashing.
Outside temperature
Displays the outside temperature within the range of -40°F (-40°C) to 122°F
(50°C). Low outside temperature indicator comes on when the ambient temperature
is 37°F (3°C) or lower.
Tachometer
Displays the engine speed in revolutions per minute
Digital speedometer
Analog speedometer
Shift position and gear position
Displays the selected shift posi tion or selected shift range (P. 202)
Odometer and trip meter display
Odometer:
Displays the total distance the vehicle has been driven
Tr i p m e t e r :
Displays the distance the vehicle has been driven since the meter was last reset. Trip
meters “A” and “B” can be used to record and display different distances indepen-
dently.
Eco driving meter
Displays the vehicle acceleration. The more rapidly the vehicle is accelerated, the
lower the number of blue segments displayed, indicating that your driving is less eco-
friendly. This meter is designed as a guid eline to show the eco-friendliness of your
driving.

■Boost meter/oil temperature gauge/oil pressure gauge (GS200t)
The boost pressure, engine oil tem-
perature and oil pressure can be dis-
played.Boost meter
When the boost pressure reaches
15 psi (100 kPa) or higher, the color
changes to amber.
Oil temperature gauge
When the engine oil temperature
reaches 284 F (140 C) or higher,
the display flashes.
Oil pressure gauge
If the oil pressure drops, the buzzer so unds and a warning indicator is displayed.

Actual vehicle conditions may differ fr om the displayed information depending on
road conditions, temperature, vehicle speed and other factors.
Use this information as reference.
■G-forces
Displays lateral G-forces on the vehicle
Also displays, around the periphery of the G-force display, the left and right
steering amount, accelerator pedal input, and brake fluid pressure

Press and hold to reset the record.
●Peak hold function (F SPORT models)
If lateral G-forces of 0.5 G or greater are generated, the G-force value dis-
play will turn amber and be held for 2 seconds.

■Resetting the message indicating maintenance is required (U.S.A. only)
After the required maintenance is performed according to the maintenance schedule,
please reset the message.
To reset the message, follow the procedure described below:
Press or of the meter co ntrol switch and select .
Press or of the meter control switch an d select “Vehicle Settings”. Then press
.
Press or of the meter control switch and select “Scheduled Maintenance”.
Then press .
Select “Yes” and press .
■Allow inspection and repairs to be performed by a Lexus dealer
●Lexus technicians are well-trained specialists an d are kept up to date with the latest ser-
vice information. They are well informed ab out the operations of all systems on your
vehicle.
●Keep a copy of the repair order. It proves that the maintenance that has been per-
formed is under warranty coverage. If any problem should arise while your vehicle is
under warranty, your Lexus dealer will promptly take care of it.
A message is displayed on the multi-informa-

■Handling of the battery
●Engine exhaust, some of its constituents , and a wide variety of automobile compo-
nents contain or emit chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer and
birth defects and other reproductive harm. Work in a well ventilated area.
●Oils, fuels and fluids contained in vehicles as well as waste produced by component
wear contain or emit chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer and
birth defects or other reproductive harm. Avoid exposure and wash any affected area
immediately.
●Battery posts, terminals and related accessories contain lead and lead compounds
which are known to cause brain damage. Wash your hands after handling. ( P. 4 1 0 )

■Engine oil consumption
A certain amount of engine oil will be consum
ed while driving. In the following situations,
oil consumption may increase, and engine o il may need to be refilled in between oil
maintenance intervals.
●When the engine is new, for example directly after purchasing the vehicle or after
replacing the engine
●If low quality oil or oil of an inappropriate viscosity is used
●When driving at high engine speeds or with a heavy load, or when driving while accel-
erating or decelerating frequently
●When leaving the engi ne idling for a long time, or when driving frequently through
heavy traffic
■After changing the engine oil (GS350/GS200t)
The engine oil maintenance da ta should be reset. Perform the following procedures:

Select “Yes” and press .

■Used engine oil
●Used engine oil contains potentially harm ful contaminants which may cause skin dis-
orders such as inflammation and skin canc er, so care should be taken to avoid pro-
longed and repeated contact. To remove used engine oil from your skin, wash
thoroughly with soap and water.
●Dispose of used oil and filters only in a sa fe and acceptable manner. Do not dispose of
used oil and filters in household tras h, in sewers or onto the ground.
Call your Lexus dealer, service station or auto parts store for information concerning
recycling or disposal.
●Do not leave used engine oil within the reach of children.

changing the engine oil, the oil change system

maintenance data has been reset.)

Indicates that all maintenance according to the driven
distance on the maintenance schedule
* should be per-
formed soon. Comes on approximately 4500 miles (7200 km)
after the message has been reset.
 If necessary, perform maintenance.
(GS350/GS200t only)
Indicates that the engine o il and oil filter should be
changed
 Have the engine oil and oil filter checked and/or
changed by your Lexus dealer. After changing the
engine oil, the oil change system should be reset.

Indicates that all maintenance is required to correspond
to the driven distance on the maintenance schedule

Comes on approximately 5000 miles (8000 km)
after the message has been reset. (The message will
not display properly unless the message has been
