Interior features
Press to increase the temperature and to decrease the tem-
perature on .
The temperature for the driver and passenger seats can be set sepa-
rately.

Press  to increase the temperature and  to decrease the tempera-
ture on .
Press  (increase) or  (decrease) on to separately adjust the temper-
ature for the passenger and driver sides (dual mode). Press to return
the driver and passenger side temperat ures to the same setting (simulta-
neous mode).
The air conditioning system switches between individual and simultaneous
modes each time is pressed.
■ Adjusting the fan speed
Press  (increase) or  (decrease) on .
Press to turn the fan off.

Adjusting the Automatic Sound Levelizer (ASL)Press .
The ASL switches between on and off modes each time the switch is
pressed.
ASL automatically adjusts the volume an d tone quality according to the noise
level as you drive your vehicle.
Changing the listening position (type A only)
The sound feel setting can be chan ged to produce the best sound for
each listening position.
Press (position selector) to change the setting.
The display changes as follows each time the button is pressed.

Vehicle specifications
■Temperature A, B, C
The temperature grades are A (the hi ghest), B, and C, representing
the tire's resistance to the generation of heat and its ability to dissipate
heat when tested under controlled conditions on a specified indoor
laboratory test wheel.
Sustained high temperature can cause the material of the tire to degenerate
and reduce tire life, and excessive temperature can lead to sudden tire fail-
ure.
The grade C corresponds to a level of performance which all passenger car
tires must meet under the Federal Mo tor Vehicle Safety Standard No. 109.
Grades B and A represent higher levels of performance on the laboratory
test wheel than the minimum required by law.
Warning: The temperature grades for this tire are established for a tire that
is properly inflated and not overloaded.
Excessive speed, underinflation, or excess ive loading, either separately or in
combination, can cause heat build up and possible tire failure.
