5-2. Steps to take in an emergency

places as those shown in the illus-
trations, push the trunk lid down
toward the front of the vehicle until
it locks.
Performing this procedure by hold-
ing parts other than those indi-
cated may result in damage to the
vehicle or serious injury.
Close the trunk lid.
