When driving
LX570_OM_OM60L96U_(U) Turn signal lever
■
Turn signals can be operated when
The “ENGINE START STOP” switch is in IGNITION ON mode. ■
If the indicators flash faster than usual
Check that a light bulb in the front or re ar turn signal lights has not burned out.■
If the turn signals stop flashing befo re a lane change has been performed
Operate the lever again. ■
To discontinue flashing of the tu rn signals during a lane change
Operate the lever in the opposite direction. ■
Customization
The number of times the turn signals flash during a lane change can be changed.

Lane change to the right
(move the lever partway and
then release it) The right hand signals will flash
3 times.
Lane change to the left
(move the lever partway and

replacement varies depending on the bulb. If necessary bulb replacement
seems difficult to perform, contact your Lexus dealer.
For more information about replacing ot her light bulbs, contact your Lexus
dealer.
■ Prepare a replacement light bulb
Check the wattage of the light bulb being replaced. (  P. 896)

Turn the bulb base counterclock-
wise.
Remove the light bulb.
When installing, reverse the steps listed. STEP 1

Open the back door and remove
the bolts and lamp assembly. Use a cloth to prevent scratches.
Turn the bulb bases counterclock-
wise.
Remove the light bulb.
When installing, reverse the steps listed. STEP 1

Condensation build-up on the inside of the lens
Temporary condensation build- up on the inside of the headlight lens does not indi-
cate a malfunction. Contact your Lexus dealer, for more information in the follow-
ing situations: ●
Large drops of water are built up on the inside of the lens. ●
Water has built up inside the headlight.■
LED lights
The front side marker lights, parking ligh ts, daytime running lights, front fog lights,
side turn signal lights, stop/tail lights, tail lights, rear side marker lights, high
mounted stoplight and license plate lights co nsist of a number of LEDs. If any of the
LEDs burn out, take your vehicle to your Lexus dealer to have the light replaced. ■
Discharge headlights
If voltage to the discharge bulbs is insufficient, the bulbs may not come on, or may
go out temporarily. The discharge bulb s will come on when normal power is
restored.
