When trouble arises Indicates a malfunction in the smart access system with
push-button start

 Have the vehicle inspected by your Lexus dealer. (If equipped)
Indicates that a Blind Spot Monitor sensor or the sur-
rounding area on the bumper is dirty or covered with ice

 Clean off the dirt, snow, ice, etc. and drive the vehi-
cle with the operation conditions of the BSM func-
tion (  P. 295) satisfied for approximately 10
minutes. If the warning me ssage does not disappear,
the sensor may be misaligned. Have the vehicle
inspected by your Lexus dealer.
Indicates a malfunction in the dynamic radar cruise con-
trol system
Press the “ON/OFF” button once to deactivate the
system, and then press the button again to reactivate
the system.
A buzzer also sounds.

Indicates a malfunction in the LDA (Lane Departure
Alert with steering control) system

ing control) system cannot be used as the vehicle speed
is approximately 32 mph (50 km/h) or less
 Drive the vehicle at approximately 32 mph (50 km/h)
or more.
Indicates that the engine was stopped while driving

 Operate the steering wheel with more force than
usual.
Indicates that the engine switch is turned off or turned to
ACCESSORY mode and the driver’s door is opened
while the lights are turned on

This message may be disp layed when driving under
extremely high load conditions such as the following:
• Continuously driving at high speeds or through
sharp turns
• If either right or left rear tire loses traction and spins
continuously

extremely high load conditions.

ride System is operating.
 Release the accelerator pedal and depress the
brake pedal.
Indicates that the tire in flation pressure is low
 Check the tire inflation pressure, and adjust to the

tem
 Stop the vehicle in a safe place and turn the engine
switch off then on again.
If the tire pressure warn ing indicator flashes for 1
minute then illuminates, ther e is a malfunction in the
system. Have the vehicle inspected at your Lexus
dealer.
Indicates that the tire position information cannot be rec-
ognized
 Drive for a short while an d check if the display
updates.
If the radio wave conditions improve, the display
may return to normal. If th e tire pressure is still not
displayed after driving for several minutes, stop the
vehicle in a safe place, turn the engine switch off
then on again, and start driving.
If the tire pressure is st ill not displayed even after
repeating this process seve ral times, have the vehi-
cle inspected at your Lexus dealer. (If equipped)
Indicates a malfunction in the DRS (Dynamic Rear Steer-
ing)
system
