◆Vertical adjustment
Up
Pull the head restraints up.
Down
Push the head restraint down while
pressing the lock release button.
◆Horizontal adjustment (if equipped)
The position of the head restraint
can be adjusted forward in 4 stages.
If the head restraint is pulled forward
from the foremost position, it will
return to the rearmost position.
Up
Pull the head restraints up.
Down
Push the head restraint down while
pressing the lock release button.

Head restraints are provided for all seats.

■The steering wheel can be adjusted when
The power switch is in ACCESSORY or ON mode
*.
*: If the driver’s seat belt is fastened, the steering wheel can be adjusted regardless of power switch mode.
■Automatic adjustment of the steering position
A desired steering position ca n be entered to memory and recalled automatically by the
driving position memory system. ( P. 174)
■Power easy access system
The steering wheel and driver’s seat move in accordance with power switch mode and
the driver’s seat belt condition. ( P. 174)
■Customization
Some functions can be customized. ( P. 607)
WARNING
Do not adjust the steeri ng wheel while driving.
Doing so may cause the driver to mishandle the vehicle and cause an accident, result-
ing in death or serious injury.

Select the air flow mode
Adjust the left-hand side tem-
perature setting
Adjust the fan speed setting
Adjust the right-hand side tem-

Select to set auto mode on/off
Select to set cooling and dehu-
midification function on/off
Adjust the temperature for driver an d passenger seats separately (“DUAL”
mode) ( P. 408)
■Using the automatic mode
Press the “AUTO” button or select “A UTO” on the air conditioning control
screen.
Press to switch to automatic air intake mode. (if equipped)
The air conditioning system automati cally switches between outside air
and recirculated air modes.
Adjust the temperature setting.
To stop the operation, press the “OFF” button.
■Automatic mode indicator
If the fan speed setting or air flow modes are operated, the automatic mode
indicator goes off. However, automati c mode for functions other than that
operated is maintained.
■Adjusting the temperature for driv er and passenger seats separately
(“DUAL” mode)
To turn on the “DUAL” mode, perfor m any of the following procedures:
●Select “DUAL” on the air conditioning control screen.
●Select “DUAL” on the side display op eration screen. (Vehicles with 12.3-
inch display)
●Adjust the temperature setting of th e passenger side with the passenger
side temperature adjustment button.
The indicator comes on when the “DUAL” mode is on.

Make sure the vehicle has a full tank of gasoline and the area around the
headlight is not deformed.
Park the vehicle on level ground.
Sit in the driver’s seat.
Bounce the vehicle several times.
