1Cover on right side of front bumper
To remove cover:
Press mark on cover in direction of arrow and lift cover
off to reveal threaded hole for towing eye bolt. The
towing eye bolt is supplied with the tool kit (located in
trunk in spare wheel). Screw towing eye bolt in to its
stop and tighten with lug wrench.
To reinstall cover:
Fit cover and snap into place.2 Cover right side of rear bumper
To remove cover:
Press mark on cover in direction of arrow and lift cover

Taillamp assembliesOpen trunk lid.
Turn lock (6) counterclockwise and fold trim to the side.
Twist bulb socket counterclockwise and pull out. Push
bulb into socket, turn counterclockwise and remove.
Insert new bulb in socket, push in and twist clockwise.
Reinstall bulb socket.
Reinstall trim and secure with lock (6).

Emergency engine shut-down
If the engine can no longer be stopped using the
electronic key or the start-/stop button (vehicles with
KEYLESS-GO), the engine can be turned off by
withdrawing two fuses.
For easy removal of fuses use the fuse extractor
(supplied with vehicle tool kit) to pull out the fuses
marked on the fuse chart as “ENGINE EMERGENCY
OFF”.
The fuse chart is also located in the vehicle tool kit,
see page 335.
For fuses see page 325.Fuel filler flap, manual release
Remove the battery cover (see page 346) and the trim
inside the trunk on the right-hand side. Pull the release
knob (arrow) and open the fuel filler flap.

Fold the wiper arm (1) forward and turn the wiper
blade (2) at a right-angle to wiper arm.
Remove wiper blade from wiper arm.
Installation:
Install wiper blade onto the wiper arm by inserting
pin (4) into take-up (3).
Rotate wiper blade into position parallel to wiper arm.Trunk lamp
The trunk lamp will switch off after approximately
10 minutes if the trunk lid is left open.
