Thechild restraint system must not be put
under strain between thero of and the seat
cushion and/or be /t tedfacing the wrong
direction. Where possible, adjust the seat
cushion inclination accordingl y.
O Thechild restraint system must not be put
under strain bythe head restraint. Adjust the
head restraints as appropria te.

backrest of thech ild restraint system must
lie as 0at as possible again stthe backrest of

ATer thech ild restraint system has been
re mo ved, replace the head restraint immedi-
atel y and adjust all head restraints co rrectl y. Before
every journe y,make sure that the ISOFIX
ch ild restraint system or the i‑Size child restraint
system is engaged co rrectly in bo thISOFIX or
i‑Size mounting brac kets. *

Makesure that the seat belt is not trap-

and position it on the support sur face.

Attach the ISOFIX or i‑Size child restraint sys-
te m to both mounting brac kets 2 intheve hi-
cle. #
Toclose, fold upholstered lining 1upwards. #
LiT theta b from the support sur face and slide
it back into the upholstery slot between the
seat backrest and seat cushion. Close the
upholstery 0ap. 72

head restraint supports the back of the
head at about eye le vel. Ad
just the head restraint fore -and-aT position so
th at it is as close as possible tothe back of your

objects under the co-driver seat
Objects trapped under the co-driver seat can
inter fere with the function of the automatic
co-driver airbag shuto. or damage the system. #
Do not store any objects under the co-
driver seat. #

under the co-driver seat. *

for adjusting the seats do not mo ve.
Yo u will therefore receive no direct feedback on
th e switch while pressing the switch. Feedback is
pr ov ided only bythe mo vement of the seat.

and if it is hot, they could be scalded. Yo u
could be distracted from tra1c conditions and
