Stolen Vehicle Locator – A Response Specialist will attempt to obtain location
information from a reported stolen vehicle and provide that information \
to local law
enforcement agencies to assist in the recovery of your stolen vehicle.
Remote Door Lock/Unlock – Remotely access your vehicle via a NissanConnect
Services Response Specialist, the NissanConnect Services companion app or
website to remotely lock or unlock your vehicle.
Remote Engine Start – St art your engine remotely using the NissanConnect Services
companion app or website.
Remote Sound Horn and Flash Lights – Sound the horn and flash the l\
ights remotely
using the NissanConnect Services companion app or website.
Alarm Notification – This system will notify you when the factory-inst alled vehicle alarm
system has been activated.
Maintenance Alert – Receive notifications via a selected method of \
a vehicle system
malfunction that triggers instrument panel warning lights.
Connected Search – Select “Connected Searc h” from the Destination menu on the
vehicle’s Navigation System to conduct a Point Of Interest (POI) search within a
certain distance of the vehicle’s location.
Assisted Search – Allows the subscriber to verbally request P OI destination data from
a live operator.
Destination Download – Use the NissanConnect Services companion app or website
to searc h for and send destinations directly to the vehicle.
Journey Planner – Send a route with up to five waypoints and a dest\
ination directly to
the vehicle.
Boundary Alert – Monitor the movement of your vehicle within a specifi\
ed region. Set
up boundaries in the Monitoring section of the Niss anConnect Services web portal.
Speed Alert – Set up a maximum speed on the NissanConnect Services web port al.
You will receive notifications if your vehicle exceeds the maximum spee\
d setting.
Account Management – Speak with a live agent regarding your NissanConnect
Services account.
Curfew Alert – Specify curfew limits via the NissanConnect Services companion app
or website and be notified via a selected method if curfew is violated\
.

LOOSE FUEL CAP
A LOOSE FUEL CAP warning mess age will
display in the vehicle information display
1
when the fuel-filler cap is not tightened correctly.
To tighten, turn the cap clockwise until a single
clic k is heard.
The warning message will extinguish when the
vehicle detects the fuel-filler cap is properly
tightened and the reset button
2 on the
steering wheel is pressed for about 1 second.
If the cap is not properly tightened, the
Malfunction Indicator Light
may
also illuminate.

FUEL-FILLER DOOR
To open the fuel-filler door, pull the release lever
1 located on the instrument panel to the left of
the steering wheel.
The fuel-filler door is located on the driver’s side
of the vehicle.

CLOCK SET/ADJUSTMENT
FM/AM RADIO WITH COMPACT DISC (CD) PLAYER (Type A) (if so equipped)
1. Press the MENU button 1 repeatedly until
“Adjust Clock: NO” appears on the display.
2. Turn the
TUNE/FOLDER knob
2 to
change it to “Adjust Clock: Yes”.
3. Press the MENU button 1.
4. When “Change Hour
” appears, turn the
TUNE/FOLDER knob
2 to adjust the hours.
5. Press the MENU
button 1.
6. When “Change Minute” appears, turn the
TUNE/FOLDER knob
2 to
adjust the minutes.
7. Press the MENU button 1 to finish.

TRUNK LID RELEASE
Use one of the following methods to open the trunk:
Push the trunk opener request switch 1,
located under the trunk handle, for more than
1 second while carrying the Nissan Intelligent Key
® with
you (that is, in your pocket or purse).
Press the trunk release button 2 on the Intelligent Key
for more than 1 second.
From inside the vehicle, push the trunk lid release switch 3
located on the instrument panel to the left of the
steering wheel.

FRONT POWER SEAT ADJUSTMENTS (if so equipped)
To slide the seat forward or backward, push the
switc h
1 forward or backward.
To adjust the angle of the seatback, push the
switch
2 forward or backward.
SEAT LIFTER (driver’s seat)
To adjust the angle and height of the seat
cushion, push the front or rear end of the switc h
1 up or down.
LUMBAR SUPPORT (driver’s seat)
To adjust the seat lumbar area, push the front or rear end of the switch 3.

HEADLIGHT CONTROL SWITCH
HEADLIGHT CONTROL
Turn the headlight control switch to the
position 1 to turn on the front parking, tail,
license plate and instrument panel lights. Turn
the switch to the
position 2 to turn on
the headlights.
AUTOLIGHT SYSTEM (if so equipped)
The autolight system will automatically turn the headlights on when it is\
dark and off
when it is light. T he system will keep the headlights on for a period of time after you
turn the ignition off and all the doors are closed.
To activate the autolight system, turn the headlight control switch to the AUTO
position
3 then push the ignition switch to ON. To deactivate the autolight system,
turn the headlight control switch to the OFF position,
position 1 or
position 2.
HIGH BEAM SELECT
With the headlights ON (either in the AUTO or
position), push the headlight control switch
forward
4 to select the high beam function.
The blue indicator light
will illuminate in
the instrument panel. Pull the headlight control
switch back to the original position to select the
low beam. The blue indicator light will extinguish.
Pull and release the headlight control switch 5
to flash the headlight high beams on and off.

STARTING/STOPPING THE ENGINE
It is important to make sure the Niss an Intelligent
Key® is with you (that is, in your pocket or purse).
Depress the brake pedal.
• If the brake pedal is not depressed, pushing the
ignition switch once enters the A
CC mode.
• If the ignition switch is pushed a second time,
the vehicle will enter the O
N mode.
Move the shift lever to the P (P ARK) position.
Press the ignition switch START/STOP button
to start the engine.
TURNING THE ENGINE OFF
Move the shift lever to the P (P ARK) position and apply the parking brake.
Press the ignition switch START/STOP button to turn the engine off.

TILT AND TELESCOPIC STEERING WHEEL
Release the lock lever by pulling it down.
Adjust the steering wheel forward or backward
by moving it to the desired position.
Adjust the steering wheel up or down to the
desired position.
Lock the steering wheel in place by pushing the loc
k
lever up firmly.

CRUISE CONTROL (if so equipped)
The cruise control system enables you to set a
const ant cruising speed once the vehicle has
reached 25 mph (40 km/h).
The system will automatically maintain the set
speed until you t ap the brake pedal, accelerate,
cancel or turn the system off.
To activate the cruise control, push the ON/
OFF switch
1 on the steering wheel. The
CRUISE indicator light in the instrument panel
will illuminate.
To set a cruising speed, accelerate the vehicle to the desired speed, pus\
h the
CO AST/SET switch
2 on the steering wheel and release. The SET indicator light
in the instrument panel will illuminate. Take your foot off the accelerator pedal. Your
vehicle will maintain the set speed.
To reset at a faster cruising speed, push and hold the ACCEL/RES switc h 3 on the
steering wheel. When the vehicle attains the desired speed, release the switch.
To reset at a slower cruising speed, push and hold the COAST/SET switch 2 on
the steering wheel. Release the switch when the vehicle slows to the desired speed.
To cancel the preset speed, tap the brake pedal or push the CANCEL switch 4 on
the steering wheel.
To turn off cruise control, push the ON/OFF switch 1 on the steering wheel.
Both the CRUISE indicator light and SET indicator light in the instrument panel
will extinguish.

INTELLIGENT CRUISE CONTROL (ICC) (if so equipped)
VEHICLE-TO-VEHICLE DISTANCE CONTROL MODE
To set Vehicle-To-Vehicle Distance Control
mode, press the
button 1 on the steering
wheel. The CRUISE indicator light 2
will illuminate.
Accelerate to the desired speed.
Push down on the CO AST/SET switch 3 on
the steering wheel and release it. ICC will be set
to the desired speed.
Press the distance button 4 on the steering wheel repeatedly to change the set
distance between long, middle and short.
When a vehicle is not detected ahead of you in the lane, the set
dist ance and set vehicle speed indicator lights will illuminate
5
in set mode.
When a vehicle is detected ahead of you in the lane, the vehicle
ahead detection, set dist ance and set vehicle speed indicator
lights will illuminate
6 in set mode.
To reset at a faster cruising speed, push up and hold the
A CCEL/RES switch
7 on the steering wheel. When the
vehicle attains the desired speed, release the switch.
To reset at a slower cruising speed, push down and hold the
CO AST/SET switch
3 on the steering wheel. Release the switch when the vehicle
slows to the desired speed.
To cancel the preset speed, push the CANCEL switch 8 on the steering wheel or
tap the brake pedal. The set vehicle speed indicator
5 will extinguish.
To turn off ICC, press the button 1 on the steering wheel. The CRUISE
indicator light 2 in the instrument panel will extinguish.
