signed forlifting onlyyour vehicle
during atire change.
. Use thecorrect jack-up points.
Never useanyother partofthe
vehicle forjack support.
. Never jackupthe vehicle morethan
necessary.
. Never useblocks onorunder the
jack.
. Donot start orrun theengine while
vehicle ison the jack, asitmay
cause thevehicle tomove. Thisis
especially trueforvehicles with
limited slipdifferentials. .
Do not allow passengers tostay in
the vehicle whileitis on the jack.
Carefully readthecaution labelattached
to the jack body andthefollowing instruc-
tions.

brand, construction (bias,bias-
belted orradial) ,and tread pattern
on allfour wheels. Failuretodo so
may result inacircumference differ-
ence between tiresonthe front and
rear axles which willcause exces-
sive tirewear andmay damage the
transmission, transfercaseandrear
differential gears. .
Only usespare tiresspecified for
each AWD model.
If excessive tirewear isfound, itis recom-
mended thatallfour tires bereplaced withtires
of the same size,brand, construction andtread
pattern. Thetirepressure andwheel alignment
should alsobechecked andcorrected as
necessary .Contact aNISSAN dealer.
Wheel balance

Unbalanced wheelsmayaffect vehicle handling
and tirelife. Even withregular use,wheels can
get outofbalance. Therefore, theyshould be
balanced asrequired.
Wheel balance serviceshouldbeper-
formed withthewheels offthe vehicle.
Spin balancing thewheels onthe vehicle
could leadtomechanical damage.
