The radio has a total of 36 station me mory
loca tions for any comb ination of radio
stations on both wavebands (FM, AM).
zThe station me mory locations are
s ele cted via the appropriate
buttons6 located below the radio
s tation fre quency labels that app ear
on the display .
Storing favourite ra dio s tati ons
Six favourite stations are ava ila ble on e ach
of six se parate page s of fav ourites . E ach
page can contain any comb ination of F M
or AM r a d i o s t a t i on s .
By pressing the FAV 2 (favourite s) button
continuous ly, each of the six s eparate
pages of favourite s can be viewe d and ne w
stations stored on any of the 36 memory
loca tions .To store a fa vourite radio station,
proceed as follows;
Se lect wa veba nd and s tation.
Press the FA V 2 (fa vourite s) b utton
until the page where you wis h to store
the s ele cted station is disp layed .
Six ra dio station freq ue ncy labe ls
appe ar on the dis play.
Pre s s a nd hold the app ropriate
button6 located below the label on
which the s ele cted station is to be
st o r e d .
A beep sounds and the selected
station app ears on the dis play.

F or audio CDs, the tra ck is se lecte d within
the C D.
F or MP3-C Ds, the track is sele cted within
the a lbum selec te d.
If y ou w ish to s ele ct a track while a CD/
MP3 -CD is playing, procee d as follows:
Tu r n t h e K8 tune knob ;
cloc kwise to s earch forwards or
anticlock wise to s earch ba ckwards ,
until the required tra ck is s elec te d.
The track starts to play and the track
nu m b er a p p ea r s o n t h e di s p l a y.Tra cks can als o be se lecte d using the
SEE Kwf and SE EKq g buttons,
as follows :
Press the SEEKwf button.
The ne xt track be gins to play .

RDS stations are identified by the name of
the station on the d isplay inste ad of the
freq ue ncy.
RDS stations trans mit information which is
automatically eva luate d by the RDS radio
if RDS is activated .

noise, the Infotainment system volume

Crui se control
The c ruise c ontrol can store and maintain
s pee ds above approx. 30 k m/h (2 0 mph).
D ev i a t i on s f r o m t h e st o r ed sp ee ds m a y
occur when d riv ing uphill or d ow nhill.
F or sa f e t y r e a so n s, c r u i se c o n t r ol c a n no t
be activate d until the brak e pe dal has
be en o p e r a t ed o n ce .
Cruise control is operate d with buttonsm,
8, an d9 on the left side of the steering
whee l.
Do not use cruise control if it is
not advisable to maintain a constant
s p ee d ( e. g . i n s i t ua t io n s p r es e nt i n g a
danger to yourself and other road users,
in heav y traffic or on winding, s lippery or
gre asy roads).
W hen cruise control is a ctive, reaction
time s may be increased due to the different
position of the feet.To activ ate :
Pre ss button m to turn c ruise c ontrol on.
The control indica tor in the button will
illuminate .Acce lerate to the de sire d spe ed, press the
9button and rele ase it: the current
speed is stored and maintained.
The accele rator ped al can be rele ased
afte r se tting cruise control spe ed.
V ehicle spe ed can be increas ed
temporarily for overta king purposes, by
de pres s ing the acce lerator pe dal.
W hen the accele rator ped al is rele ase d,
the previously stored speed is resumed.
