CHANGING A BULB
1. Sidelamps (W5 W)
Turn the bulb holder A one quarter
of a turn and remove it.
Remove the bulb and change it.
2. Direction indicators (PY 21 W amber)
Turn the bulb holder B one quarter
of a turn and remove it.
Turn the bulb one quarter of a
turn.
Remove the bulb and change it.
I f y o u e n c o u n t e r a n y d i f fi c u l t i e s ,
contact a PEUGEOT dealer or a
q u a l i fi e d w o r k s h o p .
In certain climatic conditions
(low temperatures, humidity),
the presence of condensa-
tion on the internal face of
the headlamps is normal ; it disap-
pears a few minutes after the lighting
is switched on.
Never go underneath a
vehicle supported only by a
jack (use an axle stand).
4. Fold the jack 2 and detach it.
5. Tighten the wheel bolts using the
wheelbrace 1 .
6. R e fi t t h e t r i m .
7. Store the tools and the wheel in
the boot.
T h e j a c k a n d t h e t o o l k i t a r e s p e c i fi c
to your vehicle. Do not use them for
other purposes.
After changing a wheel:
- have the tighteness of the bolts and the pressure of the spare wheel
checked as soon as possible,
- have the punctured wheel r e p a i r e d a n d r e fi t i t o n t h e v e h i c l e
as soon as possible.

CHANGING A BULB
1. Sidelamps (W5 W)
Turn the bulb holder A one quarter

Remove the bulb and change it.
2. Direction indicators (PY 21 W amber)
Turn the bulb holder B one quarter
of a turn and remove it.
Turn the bulb one quarter of a
turn.
Remove the bulb and change it.

q u a l i fi e d w o r k s h o p .

3. Dipped/Main beam headlamps (H4 - 60/55W)
Disconnect the connector.
Remove the rubber cap C .
Push the side of the tongue D .
Remove the bulb holder and
change the bulb.
R e fi t t h e b u l b h o l d e r , t h e t o n g u e
then the rubber cap.
I f y o u e n c o u n t e r a n y d i f fi c u l t i e s ,
contact a PEUGEOT dealer or a
q u a l i fi e d w o r k s h o p .
Rear lamps
1. Brake/side lamps
(P 21/5 W)
2. Direction indicators
(P 21 W)
3. Reversing lamp (P 21 W),
left-hand side
Foglamp (P 21 W), right-hand
side These 3 bulbs are changed by
removing the lamp unit:
open the boot,
u n s c r e w t h e t w o l a m p u n i t fi x i n g
nuts A ,
remove the lamp unit by pulling
outwards,
unclip the harness.

Push the repeater forwards or
rearwards and detach it by pulling
towards you.
Disconnect the bulb holder and
change it.
CHANGING A FUSE
The fuseboxes are located under the
instrument panel trim and next to the
battery in the engine compartment.
Good
Removing and fitting a fuse
Before changing a fuse, the cause of
the incident must be found and
r e c t i fi e d .
Use the tweezer A located in the
fusebox under the bonnet.
Failed
Tweezer A Instrument panel fuseboxes
These are located on each side of
the instrument panel under the trim.
Turn the steering wheel to the
left, remove bolt B .
Turn the steering wheel to the
right (do not forget to release the
steering wheel using the key),
remove bolt C .
Always replace a faulty fuse
with a fuse of the same rating
(same colour).

Disconnect the connector.
Remove the rubber cap C .
Push the side of the tongue D .
Remove the bulb holder and
change the bulb.

then the rubber cap.
I f y o u e n c o u n t e r a n y d i f fi c u l t i e s ,
contact a PEUGEOT dealer or a
q u a l i fi e d w o r k s h o p .
Rear lamps

side These 3 bulbs are changed by
removing the lamp unit:
open the boot,
u n s c r e w t h e t w o l a m p u n i t fi x i n g
nuts A ,
remove the lamp unit by pulling
outwards,
unclip the harness.

(Four W 5 W bulbs)
U n s c r e w t h e 2 fi x i n g b o l t s A .
Release the lamp unit by pushing
the two tabs B inwards.
Disconnect the connector and the
rear screen wash pipe.
Remove the bulb holder.
Remove the bulb and change it.
W h e n r e fi t t i n g , p r o c e e d i n t h e r e v e r s e
order and ensure that the lamp
unit seal and the rear screen wash
pipe have been put back in place
correctly.
Do not tighten the bolts more
than is necessary at the risk
of breaking the lamp.
remove the bulb holder by
spreading the four tongues B ,
remove the bulb and change it.
Note: w h e n r e fi t t i n g , p r o c e e d i n
the reverse order and take care to
position the bulb holder, the tabs and
the lamp unit correctly. Number plate lamps (W 5 W)
Pass your hand under the
bumper.
Remove the bulb holder turning it
one quarter of a turn.
Remove the bulb and change it.

Before installing any after-market
radio communication transmitter, you
can contact a PEUGEOT dealer for the
s p e c i fi c a t i o n o f t r a n s m i t t e r s w h i c h c a n
b e fi t t e d ( f r e q u e n c y , m a x i m u m p o w e r ,
a e r i a l p o s i t i o n , s p e c i fi c i n s t a l l a t i o n
requirements), in line with
the
Vehicle Electromagnetic Compatibility
Directive (2004/104/EC).
Depending on the legislation
in force in the country, it may
be compulsory to have a high
visibility safety vest, warning
triangle and spare bulbs and fuses
available in the vehicle.
T h e fi t t i n g o f e l e c t r i c a l e q u i p m e n t
or accessories which are not
recommended by PEUGEOT may
result in a failure of your vehicle's
electronic system and excessive
electrical consumption.
Please note this precaution. You
are advised to contact a PEUGEOT
representative to be shown the range
of recommended equipment and
accessories.
