"Follow me home" lighting
W h e n y o u l e a v e y o u r v e h i c l e , t h e
side lights and dipped headlamps
can be left on for approximately
30 seconds.
To do this:
- place the key in the STOP
p o s i t i o n ,
- place the lights stalk in the 0 p o s i t i o n ,
- l a s h t h e h e a d l a m p s ,
- get out of the vehicle and lock it.AUTOMATIC SWITCHING ON

The side lights and dipped beam

In foggy weather or in snow, the
brightness sensor can detect suf-
i c i e n t l i g h t , t h e l i g h t s w i l l n o t
come on automatically. If neces-
sary, the dipped headlamps must
be switched on manually.
T h i s f u n c t i o n i s a c t i v e w h e n t h e v e -
hicle is supplied to the customer.
To disarm or activate the function:
- Place the key in the accessories p o s i t i o n ( 1 s t n o t c h ) ,
- Place the lights stalk in the AUTO/0 p o s i t i o n ,
- Press the end of the lights stalk for more than four seconds.
Do not cover the brightness sen-
sor, coupled with the rain sensor,
located in the centre of the wind-
screen, behind the interior mirror.
It is used for automatic switching
on of the lights. Operating check

b o t h d a y a n d n i g h t , t h e
front fog lamps and the
rear fog lamp are dazzling
and are prohibited.

The disarmed function is accompa-
nied by an audible signal.
When the driver uses the manual
l i g h t i n g c o n t r o l s , t h e f u n c t i o n i s t e m

porarily disarmed.
If the brightness sensor does not
function correctly, the lights come
on accompanied by an audible signal
and a message on the multifunction
display.
Consult a PEUGEOT dealer.
Activation
The activated function is accompa-
nied by an audible signal and a mes-
sage on the multifunction display.

I f a n o b s t a c l e i s d e t e c t e d w h e n
o p e r a t i n g t h e e l e c t r i c w i n d o w s ,
you must reverse the movement
o f t h e w i n d o w . T o d o t h i s , p r e s s
the control concerned.
When the driver operates the pas-
s e n g e r e l e c t r i c w i n d o w c o n t r o l s ,
he must ensure that no one is pre-
v e n t i n g c o r r e c t c l o s i n g o f t h e w i n -
d o w s .
The driver must ensure that pas-
s e n g e r s u s e t h e e l e c t r i c w i n d o w s
correctly.

for the H7 55 W bulb or B for the
H1 55 W bulb.
F Disconnect the connector(s) C.
F Press the end of the securing
clip(s) D to remove it(them).

the vehicle) and remove it.

Unclip the boot side trim.
Unclip the foam cover and reach
b e h i n d t h e c o v e r t o l o c a t e t h e w i n g
nut.
R e m o v e t h e w i n g n u t .
Release the light unit.
Press the lug A and disconnect the
connector.
Remove the foam.
Move aside the tabs B and remove
the bulb holder.
Change the faulty bulb.
W h e n r e i t t i n g , e n s u r e t h a t t h e b u l b
h o l d e r , t h e l i g h t a n d t h e f o a m c o v e r
are repositioned correctly. Third brake light 5 bulbs

S q u e e z e t h e t w o t a b s B to release
the bulb holder.

Turn the cover to remove it.
Disconnect the bulb.
P r e s s t h e t w o e n d s o f t h e s e c u r i n g
clip to release the bulb. Rear fog lamp P21 W
Unclip the lamp and release the as-
sembly.
Turn the pin connector a quarter turn
and remove it.
Change the bulb.
Number plate lights W 5 W
I n s e r t a t h i n s c r e w d r i v e r i n t o o n e o f t h e
outer holes of the transparent cover.
P u s h i t o u t w a r d s t o u n c l i p i t .
Remove the transparent cover.
Change the faulty bulb.

t h e v e h i c l e a n d s w i t c h o f f t h e e n g i n e
as soon as possible.
Tyres: Check the tyre pressures of
t h e t o w i n g v e h i c l e a n d o f t h e t r a i l e r ,
observing the recommended pres-
sures.
Braking: T o w i n g i n c r e a s e s t h e
braking distance.
Lights: Check the electrical signal-
ling on the trailer.
Side wind: Take into account the
i n c r e a s e d s e n s i t i v i t y t o s i d e w i n d .
