- S w i t c h o f f t h e i g n i t i o n .
- P r e s s a n d h o l d b u t t o n 1 .
- S w i t c h o n t h e i g n i t i o n .
The display begins a 10 second
c o u n t d o w n .
- K e e p b u t t o n 1 pressed for
1 0 s e c o n d s .
The display shows [=0] and the
s p a n n e r d i s a p p e a r s .
Engine oil level indicator
When the ignition is switched on,
the engine oil level is indicated for
approximately 10 seconds, after the
s e r v i c e i n f o r m a t i o n .
Oil level gauge fault
Flashing of the six segments indicates
a m a l f u n c t i o n o f t h e o i l l e v e l g a u g e .
There is a risk of damage to the
e n g i n e .

Surplus of oil
F l a s h i n g o f t h e s i x s q u a r e s a n d
d i s p l a y i n g o f " m a x " i n d i c a t e a
s u r p l u s o f o i l w h i c h c o u l d d a m a g e
t h e e n g i n e .
I f t h e s u r p l u s o f o i l i s c o n fi r m e d b y
a c h e c k u s i n g t h e d i p s t i c k , c o n t a c t a
P E U G E O T d e a l e r w i t h o u t d e l a y .
Lack of oil
Flashing of the six segments and
d i s p l a y i n g o f " m i n " i n d i c a t e a l a c k o f
o i l w h i c h c o u l d d a m a g e t h e e n g i n e .
I f t h e l a c k o f o i l i s c o n fi r m e d b y a
c h e c k u s i n g t h e d i p s t i c k , i t i s e s s e n t i a l
t h a t t h e l e v e l i s t o p p e d u p .
The level read on the
gauge will only be correct
if the vehicle is on level
ground and the engine
has been off for more
than 15 minutes.

to vary the intensity of the lighting of
t h e i n s t r u m e n t s a n d c o n t r o l s . W h e n
t h e l i g h t i n g r e a c h e s t h e m i n i m u m ( o r
m a x i m u m ) s e t t i n g , r e l e a s e t h e b u t t o n
then press it again to increase (or
r e d u c e ) t h e b r i g h t n e s s .
As soon as the lighting is of the
r e q u i r e d b r i g h t n e s s , r e l e a s e t h e
b u t t o n .
HAZARD WARNING LIGHTS
Automatic lighting of hazard
warning lights
E q u i p m e n t c o n d i t i o n e d a c c o r d i n g t o

cy, depending on the deceleration, the
h a z a r d w a r n i n g l i g h t s c o m e o n a u t o -
m a t i c a l l y . T h e y s w i t c h o f f a u t o m a t i c a l l y
t h e fi r s t t i m e y o u a c c e l e r a t e .
It is also possible to switch them off
b y p r e s s i n g t h e b u t t o n .
Trip recorder
To reset the trip recorder to zero,
w h e n i t i s d i s p l a y e d p r e s s b u t t o n

u n t i l z e r o s a p p e a r . P r e s s t h e b u t t o n , t h e d i r e c t i o n
i n d i c a t o r s fl a s h .
They can operate with the ignition
o f f .
