Warning / indicator lampStateCauseAction / Observations
Foot on the clutch * fixed. In the STOP mode of Stop & Start, changing to START mode is refused because the clutch pedal is not fully down.
You must declutch fully to allow the change to engine START mode.
Stop & Star t fixed. When the vehicle stops (red lights, traffic jams, ...) the Stop & Start system has put the engine into STOP mode.
The warning lamp goes off and the engine restarts automatically in START mode, as soon as you want to move off.
flashes for a few seconds, then goes off.
STOP mode is temporarily unavailable. or START mode is invoked automatically.
For more information on special cases with STOP mode and START mode, refer to the "Stop & Start" section.
Automatic wiping fixed. The wiper control is pushed downwards. Automatic front wiping is activated. To deactivate automatic wiping, operate the control stalk downwards or put the stalk into another position.

Deactivation indicator lamps
If one of the following indicator lamps comes on, this confirms that the corresponding system has been switched off intentionally. This is may be accompanied by an audible signal and a message in the screen.

Access
System which permits central unlocking or locking of the vehicle using the lock or from a distance. It is also used to locate and start the vehicle, as well as providing protection against theft.

Using the key
Turn the key to the front of the vehicle to unlock the vehicle.
Using the remote control
Press the open padlock to unlock the vehicle.
Unlocking is confirmed by rapid flashing of the direction indicators for approximately two seconds. According to version, the door mirrors unfold at the same time.
First press this button to unfold the key.

Manual operation
To open or close the window, press or pull the switch gently. The window stops as soon as the switch is released.
Automatic one-touch
operation
(depending on version)
To open or close the window, press or pull the switch fully: the window opens or closes completely when the switch is released. Pressing the switch again stops the movement of the window. The electric window switches remain operational for approximately one minute after the key has been removed. Once this time has elapsed, the electric windows will not operate. To reactivate them, switch the ignition on again.
Safety anti-pinch
(depending on version)
When the window rises and meets an obstacle, it stops and immediately partially lowers again. In the event of unwanted opening of the window when closing automatically, press the switch until the window opens completely, then pull
the switch immediately until the window closes. Continue to hold the switch for approximately one second after the window has closed. The safety anti-pinch function is not active during this operation.
Deactivating the rear
window controls
For the safety of your children, press switch 5 to prevent operation of the windows of the rear doors, irrespective of their position.
With the warning lamp on, the rear switches are deactivated. With the warning lamp off, the switches are active.

Front seats with manual adjustments
Raise the control and slide the seat for wards or backwards. Pull the control upwards to raise or push it downwards to lower, as many times as required, to obtain the position required.
Push the control rear wards.
Forwards-backwards Height Seat backrest angle
As a safety measure, seat adjustments should only be carried out when stationary.
Before moving the seat backwards, ensure that there is nothing that might prevent the full travel of the seat, so as to avoid the risk of of jamming the seat caused by the presence of objects on the floor behind the seat or rear passengers. If the seat jams, stop the movement immediately.

Heated seats control Front armrest
Comfort and storage system for the driver and front passenger.
Storage
For access to the closed storage box, lift the lever to open the lid. For access to the open storage box below the armrest, lift the complete armrest towards the rear.
With the engine running, the front seats can be heated separately. Use the adjustment dial, placed on the side of each front seat, to switch on and select the level of heating required:
0 : Off. 1 : Low. 2 : Medium. 3 : High.

Folding the backrest Repositioning the seat backrest
Straighten the seat backrest 2 and secure it. Check that the red indicators, located next to the controls 1 , are no longer visible. Unbuckle and return the outer seat belts to the sides of the backrest.
Move the front seats for ward if necessary. Position the outer seat belts on the backrest and buckle them. Place the head restraints in the low position.
Press both controls 1 simultaneously to release the seat backrest 2 . Fold the seat backrest 2 on to the cushion 3 .
When repositioning the backrest, ensure that the seat belts are not trapped.
Rear bench seat Bench seat with fixed one-piece cushion and folding one-piece backrest.
When folding the seat, the centre seat belt should not be fastened, but laid out flat on the seat.
The rear seat cushion does not fold, just the seat backrest can be folded to increase the boot loading space.

Move the corresponding front seat for ward if necessary. Check that the corresponding outer seat belt is positioned correctly against the backrest and buckle it. Place the head restraints in the low position.
Straighten the seat backrest 2 and secure it. Check that the red indicator, located next to the control 1 , is no longer visible. Unbuckle and reposition the outer seat belt on the side of the backrest.
When repositioning the seat backrest, take care not to trap the seat belts.
Press control 1 to release the seat backrest 2 . Fold the seat backrest 2 on to the cushion.

Bench seat with fixed one-piece cushion and split backrest (left hand 2/3, right hand 1/3) which can be folded individually to adapt the load space in the boot.
When folding the seat, the centre seat belt should not be fastened, but laid out flat on the seat

Air intake flow
The incoming air follows various paths depending on the controls selected by the driver: - direct arrival in the passenger compartment (air intake), - passage through a heating circuit (heating), - passage through a cooling circuit (air conditioning).
Control panel
The controls of this system are grouped together on control panel A on the centre console. 1. Windscreen demisting-defrosting vents. 2. Front side window demisting-defrosting vents. 3. Side adjustable air vents.
4. Central adjustable air vents. 5. Air outlets to the front footwells. 6. Air outlets to the rear footwells.

The air circulating in the passenger compartment is filtered and originates either from the outside via the grille located at the base of the windscreen or from the inside in air recirculation mode.
