With the engine running and the
d o o r s c l o s e d , t h e l i g h t g o e s o u t a u t o -
matically after 30 seconds.
I f t h e s e a t b e l t i s u n f a s t e n e d :
- b e l o w 1 2 m p h ( 2 0 k m / h ) , t h e l i g h t comes on constantly, - a b o v e 1 2 m p h ( 2 0 k m / h ) a n d f o r
t w o m i n u t e s , t h e l i g h t l a s h e s a c -
c o m p a n i e d b y a n a u d i b l e s i g n a l
of increasing volume. Once these
t w o m i n u t e s h a v e e l a p s e d , t h e
light remains on until the driver
fastens his seat belt.

d i c a t e s t h e n u m b e r o f m i l e s [ k i l o m e -
tres] (rounded off) remaining until the
next service.
Example: 4,800 miles/km remain
b e f o r e t h e n e x t s e r v i c e . F o r i v e s e c -
o n d s a f t e r t h e i g n i t i o n i s s w i t c h e d o n ,
t h e d i s p l a y i n d i c a t e s :
INSTRUMENT PANEL DISPLAY

Example: 400 miles (900 km) remain

For 5 seconds after the ignition is
