g r e a t e r t h a n 2 5 m p h ( 4 0 k m / h ) w i t h
a t l e a s t f o u r t h g e a r e n g a g e d f o r v e h i -
c l e s i t t e d w i t h a m a n u a l g e a r b o x .
O n v e h i c l e s i t t e d w i t h a n a u t o m a t i c
g e a r b o x , t h e l e v e r m u s t b e i n p o s i -
tion D , or in at least second gear in
s e q u e n t i a l m o d e . When the cruise control function
i s a c t i v a t e d , p r e s s i n g t h i s b u t t o n
e n a b l e s y o u t o d i s p l a y t h e d i s t a n c e
recorders.
A f t e r a f e w s e c o n d s o r w h e n t h i s
b u t t o n i s p r e s s e d a g a i n , t h e d i s p l a y
returns to the cruise control function. First activation/memorising a

mode. When the cruise control function

A f t e r a f e w s e c o n d s o r w h e n t h i s
b u t t o n i s p r e s s e d a g a i n , t h e d i s p l a y
returns to the cruise control function.

t e c t o b s t a c l e s l o c a t e d j u s t b e l o w t h e
b u m p e r .
A n o b j e c t , s u c h a s a s t a k e , a r o a d -
w o r k s c o n e o r a n y o t h e r s i m i l a r o b -
j e c t m a y b e d e t e c t e d a t t h e b e g i n n i n g
of the manoeuvre, but may no longer
b e d e t e c t e d w h e n t h e v e h i c l e c o m e s
close to it.

( l o n g b l e e p ) i n d i c a t e s t h a t t h e s e n -
sors may be dirty.
Activation
The system is activated as soon as
reverse gear is engaged.
