imately 60 litres.

Low fuel level
When the minimum
fuel level in the tank
i s r e a c h e d , t h i s w a r n -
ing light comes on on

You can still drive approximately
30 miles (50 km). Operating fault
With the ignition on, if the fuel gauge
needle remains in or returns to the
r e s t p o s i t i o n ( b e l o w z e r o ) , t h i s i n -
dicates a malfunction of the fuel
gauge.

p r e v e n t t h e w h e e l s s k i d d i n g , b y a c t -
i n g o n t h e b r a k e s o f t h e d r i v e w h e e l s
a n d o n t h e e n g i n e . I t a l s o a l l o w s t h e
directional stability of the vehicle to
b e i m p r o v e d o n a c c e l e r a t i o n .
I f t h e r e i s a v a r i a t i o n b e t w e e n t h e t r a -
j e c t o r y f o l l o w e d b y t h e v e h i c l e a n d
t h a t r e q u i r e d b y t h e d r i v e r , t h e E S P
s y s t e m a u t o m a t i c a l l y a c t s o n t h e e n -
gine and the brake of one or more
w h e e l s , i n o r d e r t o p u t t h e v e h i c l e
b a c k o n c o u r s e , w i t h i n t h e l i m i t s o f
t h e l a w s o f p h y s i c s . I n e x c e p t i o n a l c o n d i t i o n s ( s t a r t i n g a
v e h i c l e w h i c h i s b o g g e d d o w n , s t u c k
i n s n o w , o n s o f t g r o u n d , . . . ) , i t m a y
be advisable to disarm the ASR and
E S P s y s t e m s , s o t h a t t h e w h e e l s c a n
m o v e f r e e l y a n d r e g a i n g r i p .

courage the driver to take extra

When you remove the child seat, turn
s w i t c h 1 to the "ON" p o s i t i o n t o r e -
arm the air bag and so guarantee the
s a f e t y o f y o u r f r o n t p a s s e n g e r i n t h e

Operating fault
O n l y t h e f r o n t p a s s e n g e r ' s a i r b a g
c a n b e d i s a r m e d :
with the ignition off , insert the
k e y i n t h e p a s s e n g e r a i r b a g d i s -
a r m i n g s w i t c h 1 ,
turn it to the "OFF" p o s i t i o n ,
t h e n , r e m o v e t h e k e y k e e p i n g t h e
s w i t c h i n t h i s p o s i t i o n .
To guarantee the safety of your
c h i l d , i t i s i m p e r a t i v e t h a t t h e
p a s s e n g e r a i r b a g i s d i s a r m e d
w h e n y o u i n s t a l l a " r e a r f a c i n g "
c h i l d s e a t o n t h e f r o n t p a s s e n -
ger seat.
