Carrying children
Although one of PeugeOt' s main criteria
when designing your vehicle, the safety of your
children also depends on you. PEUGEOT recommends
that children
should travel on the rear seats of your
vehicle:

rward facing over the age of 3.
General points
For maximum safety, please observe the
following recommendations:

n accordance with e

ropean regulations,
all children under the age of 12 or less
than one and a half metres tall must
travel in approved child seats suited to
their weight , on seats fitted with a seat
belt or ISOFIX mountings*,

tatistically, the safest seats in your
vehicle for carr ying children are the
rear seats,

a c
hild weighing less than 9 kg must
travel in the rear ward facing position
both in the front and in the rear.

"ISOFIX" mountings
there are three rings for each seat.tw o rings A , located between the seat backrest
and cushion, indicated by an ISOFIX marking. A ring B is located in the boot (indicated by a
marking), referred to as the TOP TETHER

installing the child seat on the vehicle seat
(refit it when the child seat is removed),

of the seat backrest, centring it between
the apertures for the head restraint rods,

If your vehicle has a spare wheel of the same
size as the four wheels, follow the procedure

latches which are easily secured on the two
rings A .
Some also have an upper strap which is

Locations for ISOFIX child seats
In accordance with european legislation, this table indicates the options for installing ISOFIX child seats on seats in the vehicle fitted with ISOFIX
mountings.
In the case of universal and semi-universal ISOFIX child seats, the ISOFIX size category, determined by a letter from A to G , is indicated on the child
seat next to the ISOFIX logo.
