03GENERAL OPERATION
Press the "PWR" button.

e last source selected beforeswitching off resumes operation.
The audio equipment functions can be
used when the ignition switch is in the "ON" or "ACC" position.

Press the "
SOUND" button several
times; the audio modes change in the following order:
SUB PUNCH / TYPE / FIELD / BASS / MID / TREBLE / FADER / BALANCE / OFF.

left to decrease the volume or to theright to increase it. To access the personalised sound
functions quickl
y, press and hold
this button, then turn it to reach the
personalised sound setting of your choice.

The audio settin
g mode is deactivated when the radio is operated or a CD is played or after approximately 10 seconds without anyaction.I
f you press this button for more than2 seconds in the audio setting mode,
the system switches to "Hold" mode.
The audio mode selected will be
retained until you press this button again for more than 2 seconds. "HOLD" MODE

f the player already contains a disc,
press the "CD" button.
"
CD", the track number and the
playing time appear in the screen.
Insert circular compact discs only.
8 cm compact discs must be inserted in the centre o
f the playerslot.
After inserting a disc, printed face upwards, the player starts
automatically.
Pr
ess this button to remove the
disc from the player. The system
automatically switches to radio mode.
Once ejected, if the compact disc is not removed within fi fteen seconds, it is reloaded into the player.

USING THE AUXILIARY SOCKET (AUX)
The auxiliary socket, JACK or RCA, permits the connection of portable
equipment (MP3 player...).
Do not connect a sin
gle piece of equipment via the USB port and
the JACK socket at the same time.
Connect the portable equipment
(MP3 player…) to the JACK socket or to the RCA-type audio sockets (white and red) usinga suitable cable, not supplied.

USB PLAYER
USING THE USB PORT
With the vehicle stationary, ignition switch in the LOCK
position, connecta suitable cable to the portable player. The U
SB port is used to connect a portable device (MP3 player,Apple® player, ...). The fi les are sent from the player to your audio ®
system and heard through the vehicle's speakers.

BLUETOOTH® TELEPHONE®
The system can register up to 7 Bluetooth ®compatible mobile
telephones.
The telephone which has the hi
ghest level of priority is connectedautomatically.
The systems says " Please say the 4 digits of a matching code".
Say "Confi gure".
The system confi rms the validity of the number spoken,answer "Ye s
".
Say " No" to return to step 7.
The s
ystem says "Do you wish to match a telephone, delete atelephone or obtain the list of matched telephones?".
MATCHING A BLUETOOTH ®
TELEPHONE
FIRST CONNECTION
For reasons of safety and because the sustained attention of
the driver is needed, operations of matching a Bluetooth®mobile®
phone with the audio system's hands-free function must be done
with the vehicle stationary .
Say "Matching options ". Pr
ess this button.
Say " Match a telephone ".
Say a 4-digit number which will be recorded as the
matching code.
Remember this matchin
g code as you must enter it in the telephone
in one of the following steps of the matching procedure.

Consult your mobile telephone's user manual and enter
the matching code recorded in step 7 in the telephone.
BLUETOOTH® TELEPHONE®
The system says " Start the matching procedure on the
telephone. Consult the instructions in the telephone manual ".
If the code is incorrect, the s
ystem locks. To clear the code:
- check that the telephone's voice reco
gnition is not activated,
- w
ith the ignition on and the audio system active, press the END CALL button for 2 seconds, 3 times in succession.
Wh
en it detects a Bluetooth ®compatible mobile telephone, thesystem says "Please say the name of the telephone after the beep".
After the audible signal, allocate a name to the telephone
by saying the name of your choice.The s
ystem says "Allocate an order of priority between 1 and 7.
One is the highest level of priority".
Give a number between 1 and 7 to establish the level of
priority of the mobile telephone.
The s
ystem says and confi rms the " name of the telephone" andthe " number
" of its priority. r
Answer "Ye s"
Say " No" to return to step 13.
The systems says " Matching complete " then emits an audible signal and deactivates the voice recognition. The services available depend on the network, the
SIM card and the compatibility of the Bluetooth ®telephone used. Check in your telephone user
manual and with your service provider for the services you have access to.
I
f the system does not detect the Bluetooth® compatible mobile®
telephone, the matching process stops ands is accompanied by an audible signal.
If
you select a level of priority which has already been allocated toanother telephone, the system asks you if you wish to replace this
level of priority.

® TELEPHONE®
The telephone ring is sent to the speaker by the front passenger'sseat.
I
f an audio source (CD, radio, ...) is in operation when the call isreceived, it is placed on MUTE and only the incoming call is heard.
When the i
gnition switch is in the ACC or ON position, the audiosystem is activated automatically if an incoming call is received, even if it was originally off.
At the end o
f the call, the audio system returns to its previous state.
